[sack Usagi] Hello my fellow Simcitizens, and welcome to another episode of 'Get to Know Your MechDev!'. I'm your host, Sack Usagi, and this is my co-host, and know-it-all, Ruri Oneisan!

[Ruri Oneisan] Why are we doing this again..?

[sack Usagi] Glad you asked, Ruri! What we're going to do for our fellow Simcitizens is show them examples of a bad MechDev submission, and a good MechDev submission, so they'll know what to avoid and what to try and do!

[Ruri Oneisan] These examples look familiar...

[sack Usagi] Haha! No they don't! Our commentary will be seen in (lime green and parenthesis like this) so Simcitizens don't get us mixed up with the actual submissions.

[Ruri Oneisan] Are you doing this to try and boost your ego by using your submission as the ideal MechDev?

[sack Usagi] .... Hahaha! Lets move on!

[Ruri Oneisan] I thought so... Idiot...

---Report on Project #????? ---

---Subject Matter: Eternal Granzon---

The Final Stage of Genius to Madness: Eternal Granzon

Project Designation: DCAM-00VA

Project Name: Eternal Granzon

NazeNaniMechDev2.jpg

([sack Usagi] So we begin with a project title. Ooooh~, look at the pretty picture, Ruri!

[Ruri Oneisan] Don't be stupid.

[sack Usagi] Anyways! Aside from the nifty picture, there's a bit of other information for flavor! That's so totally cool!

[Ruri Oneisan] And completely unneccesary.

[sack Usagi] Aw c'mon Ruri, it might not be NECCESARY, but it's a nice touch! Lighten up!

[Ruri Oneisan] Hurry up and move on..

[sack Usagi] Poo. Fine. Moving on~!)

Project Information: (The RP for this unit is based on the Alpha storyline.)

NazeNaniMechDev2.jpg

([sack Usagi] Ah, look here!

[Ruri Oneisan] I thought we were moving on.

[sack Usagi] We are, but look! An explaination as to the context of the submission!

[Ruri Oneisan] Those were big words for you...

[sack Usagi] My head is on fire. T_T

[Ruri Oneisan] Covering the setting is practical though, as it gives the moderators an idea of what they're working with though, in terms of it's validity. Stuff like Getter Robo and Banpresto Original units cross multiple worlds, so this clarification is very insightful.

[sack Usagi] ... Yeah, what she said!

[Ruri Oneisan] Moving on...)

After the completion of the Aegis Project, Earth was once again safe for the time being. Everyone went back to their own lives, and the climatic final battle on the moon was soon forgotten. While on a excavation of the lunar surface, a brilliant young scientist named Gessop (Ges for short) Wibson stumbled across a shocking find. The remains of the feircesome machine, Neo Granzon. Ges Wibson was shocked, and intrigued, drawn to the inherent power of the ruined unit. Though badly damaged, the brilliant scientist, who was coincidently an expert at the construction of armored modules, ordered the machine to be moved to his private laboratory on Earth. Once back home, he got to work, working out design improvements for the Neo Granzon, to vastly increase it's power output. One such development was the Double Anniliation Engine, which was a pairing of two copies of the Neo Granzon's previous engine, connected together with a special converter that constantly piped matter and anti-matter between the two engines, creating an infinite loop of power. This ingenius development, straight from the mind of Ges Wibson, would make the unit the strongest machine on the planet. As Ges got more and more into his work, he began to lose touch with reality, forcing all of his genius into the project to come up with the most innovative creations the galaxy had ever seen. As he did his work, he realized that the machine still had a connection to the dark god Volkruss, who had originally lent it's strength to Shuu Shirakawa to create the Neo Granzon. Ges scoffed, declaring that he didn't need the help of a god to make his improvements, and even went so far as to develop a device that used the Granzon's connection with Volkruss against the dark god, draining it's power to increase the unit's might. Successfully thralling Volkruss itself, Ges was mad with power. The unit, now renamed Eternal Granzon, had firepower that could easily level small countries in a couple of shots. No other machine on the planet could stand up to Ges Wibson and his Eternal Granzon, and many governments feared for their future. However, for some reason, Ges had no interest in taking over anything. It seemed that he never had any intentions or plans for the Eternal Granzon, and it spent most of it's time in Ges's personal hangar, only appearing when Ges felt the need to interject himself in random petty conflicts.

NazeNaniMechDev2.jpg

([Ruri Oneisan] ....

[sack Usagi] Hahaha...

[Ruri Oneisan] This is what you're proud of?

[sack Usagi] Hey now! I did that on purpose! For an example!

[Ruri Oneisan] Sure..

[sack Usagi] I did! Come on, get back on topic!

[Ruri Oneisan] This submission has failed right here.

[sack Usagi] Why Ruri, why?

[Ruri Oneisan] To see why it fails, an explaination of the Granzon's backstory is in order.

[sack Usagi] Yay! Story!

[Ruri Oneisan] .... Granzon was a powerful Armored Module (a fancy term for a type of giant robot), created by a genius scientist, Shu Shirakawa. However, despite his brilliance, Shu was mad. He wished to ressurect his deceased mother, eventually selling his soul to the dark Lan Gran god, Volkruss. With his newfound dark powers, he transformed the Granzon into Neo Granzon.

[sack Usagi] Wow Ruri, that sounds pretty ridiculous.

[Ruri Oneisan] ... Well regardless, that is it's established backstory. Back on topic, this submission's backstory shows someone using a character that they created themselves, and made them into a being without limits on their skills and intelligence solely for the purpose of getting outlandish things on a Mechdev. Though this is an extreme example, something similar can still be done on a smaller scale. For example, an engineer who has proper resources could feasibly construct his own Gundam. This is much more beleivable then a random genius powering up a machine while telling a dark god off.

[sack Usagi] .... Yeah! And you know, this guy has no reason to do what he's doing. It's like he just decided he was going to take over the universe one day for kicks. That seems silly!

[Ruri Oneisan] It is silly. And hence the mechdev fails right here. Can I go now?

[sack Usagi] What? No! We have much more to do!)

Weapon Modifications:

Weapon: EN Drain: This sneaky attack has Eternal Granzon grasping onto the enemy with it's powerful hand, draining energy from the enemy and adding it to it's own impressive power source. (EN Drain 25%, 4 rounds.)

NazeNaniMechDev2.jpg

([sack Usagi] Woo! Now to the nitty gritty!

[Ruri Oneisan] I think you forgot your pills today..

[sack Usagi] You're so funny, Ruri! But this is serious business. What's wrong with this?

[Ruri Oneisan] The attack is described, followed by what he wants it to do. The description is adequate, though somewhat sparse. This isn't neccesarily bad though. However, when the attack request comes up, things change. Asking for exact stats are frowned upon, as it eliminates what our job is to be. Since this attack is about the same as it is on the base unit though, it's not something that would make a submission fail.

[sack Usagi] People who ask for exact stats make me sad, Ruri.

[Ruri Oneisan] That's because you have deep seated emotional issues.

[sack Usagi] Why do you hurt me, Ruri? T_T

[Ruri Oneisan] Anyways...)

Weapon: Gran Worm Blade: Eternal Granzon reaches into the air and draws out a massive sword from seemingly nowhere. It then charges the enemy, and slashes them twice powerfully. ((M)- 3000 damage x 2)

NazeNaniMechDev2.jpg

([Ruri Oneisan] This looks familiar...

[sack Usagi] Sim~Citizens~! Remember, every time you ask for exact stats, Mechalomaniac kills a kobun!

[Ruri-Oneisan] How terrible.)

Weapon: Dark Worm Cluster: Eternal Granzon opens a wormhole in front of it, then begins launching small black holes into the wormhole. As the oppenent stands there, multiple wormholes begin to open all around it, and it's bombarded with the black holes, which inflict terrible damage. ((SX:20)- 2000 damage/10 EN)

Weapon: Black Hole Inferno: Eternal Granzon drains dark energy from Volkruss, and combines it's power over gravity, creating a compact black orb in it's hand that burns with a strange dark energy. Eternal Granzon then hurls this black orb at the enemy. The orb explodes, crushing the enemy inside a black hole, while engulfing them with searingly painful dark flames at the same time. ((S)- 24000 damage, 120 EN.)

Weapon: Kyuukyoku Shukutaihou: Eternal Granzon again uses it's power over Volkruss to drain dark energy from the fallen god. The image of Volkruss's head on Eternal Granzon's chest slowly opens it's mouth, revealing the Shukutaihou cannon inside. It begins to burn with dark energy, as power begins to build up inside it. With a terrible roar, Eternal Granzon unleashes a huge blast of darkly colored gravitational power, completely blowing away the enemy. (70000 dmaage, 250 EN)

Weapon: Jashin Kourin: Eternal Granzon's most fiercesome attack. It's name means Dark God's Descent. Eternal Granzon glows with a dark power as it clenches it's fists, the Volkruss head on Eternal Granzon's chest opening it's mouth. It then holds out it's hands as it fires a surge of pure black energy at the enemy, engulfing it in the darkness. The mouth on Eternal Granzon's chest then absorbs the dark energy, consuming it entirely. (KICK 150000 damage, 400 EN)

MAP Weapon: Graviton Web: For this attack, Eternal Granzon creates a huge web of dark energy all around it, snatching up it's enemies within it. The web then constricts the enemy with intense gravitational force, crushing them. ((I:15) 10000 damage, 130 EN)

Weapon: Big Bang Cluster: Another attack that targets multiple enemies at once, Eternal Granzon creates several clusters of darkly glowing energy which he then launches at multiple foes. As they connect, they explode in a surge of tremendous energy, dealing terrible damage. ((D:10)- 14200 damage, 260 EN.)

NazeNaniMechDev2.jpg

([sack Usagi] ....

[Ruri Oneisan] ....

[sack Usagi] I hope we have enough room to put all these kobun bodies.

[Ruri Oneisan] That was awful. In situations like this, a submission would be utterly denied. Even without the terrible backstory, requesting specific attacks of impossible levels is just wrong.

[sack Usagi] Yes, this submission is made of fail and despair.

[Ruri Oneisan] Can we stop now?

[sack Usagi] Hahaha! Of course not! We have one more section to go!)

Frame and Systems: (Things not listed receive no change)

Frame Modifications: Eternal Granzon is basically the Neo Granzon, upgraded by the brilliant scientist Gessop Wibson. It's been heavily enhanced with newly developed technologies that increase it's offense as well as it's defense. (120000 HP and 800 EN.)

NazeNaniMechDev2.jpg

([sack Usagi] OK! We're almost done!

[Ruri Oneisan] Thank goodness.

[sack Usagi] What we have here is a terribly vague and loose description. You really have to explain your 'newly developed technologies' better for the MechDev moderators to take you seriously.

[Ruri Oneisan] Mechalomaniac killed another kobun.

[sack Usagi] And that's terrible. :( )

Armor of Shadows: Eternal Granzon is built out of a newly discovered metal composite alloy developed by Ges Wibson just for the purpose of building it's durability. (Typeless Damage Received -75%.)

NazeNaniMechDev2.jpg

([sack Usagi] Hmm, more exact stat requests. I'm going to go find a pump to get rid of all this kobun blood. Take it away, Ruri!

[Ruri Usagi] Another problem like before, the writer states that a newly discovered metal was made, but doesn't specify what the metal was, or how it was created. That's not good. Even without the exact stat request, a mod wouldn't accept this.)

Beam Absorb: Eternal Granzon's frame can be healed when hit by accerlated particles of light, such as beams. (Just beam absorb.)

NazeNaniMechDev2.jpg

([Ruri Oneisan] I... hmm. Well, while an exact stat request was made, there's very little way around that because it's not really known how Beam Absorb work.

[sack Usagi] I suppose, but someone writing a submission could come up with a feasible way of it working.

[Ruri Oneisan] Did you get rid of the blood?

[sack Usagi] For now, but at this rate, the kobuns will be extinct.

[Ruri Oneisan] Poor kobuns. Killed by your example.

[sack Usagi] Hey! T_T)

Shadow Step: Through use of it's evil magic, Eternal Granzon can evade damage by quickly moving through shadows, reappearing in another location nearby. (Bunshin (3/5).)

NazeNaniMechDev2.jpg

([sack Usagi] A... Argh.

[Ruri Oneisan] What do you have against kobuns?

[sack Usagi] Nothing! Honestly! T_T

[Ruri Oneisan] You could have fooled me...

[sack Usagi] ANYWAYS! That does it for the bad submission example! Hey Ruri, lets go look at the example of a good one!

[Ruri Oneisan] I'd rather leave, but at least this shouldn't be so bad...)

---Report on Project #????? ---

---Subject Matter: Eternal Granzon---

The Final Stage of Genius to Madness: Eternal Granzon

Project Designation: DCAM-00VA

Project Name: Eternal Granzon

Project Information: (The RP for this unit is based on the Alpha storyline.)

Shuu Shirakawa is a brilliant scientist, who was assigned to work on EOT technology recovered from the ruins of a fallen ship. While working on this technology, he came to realize that it was in fact a test by a race called the Balmar to see if Earth was developed enough to be considered a significant enough threat to invade with the full power of their armies. Working under the impression that they were already being watched, Shuu purposely sabotaged one of the major projects of the EOT development, the Huckebein's black hole engine. He did this to give the Balmar the impression that Earth couldn't handle the advanced technology, and was only worth sending their advance fleet, the Aerogators. This did not come without a heavy price though, as the only survivors from the botched black hole testing incident were Shuu himself, and the test pilot of the Huckebein, Raideth Branstein. Shuu kept his involvement in the failure of the engine to himself to ensure that everyone considered it a tragic accident. Meanwhile, he began his own secret project to perfect the black hole engine technology, for his own designs. As the Aerogator invasion waged on fiercely, Shuu built his own perfected weapon to defeat his enemies. A monsterous looking armored module called the Granzon. It was equipped with his perfected anti-matter engine, the Anihillation Engine, and had the power to destroy many enemies at once with it's mastery over gravity.

By the time Shuu unleashed Granzon however, the Aerogator war was nearing it's completion. He assisted the Alpha Numbers, however, to finally bring an end to their danger. In the final battle against the Aerogator leader, it was revealed that Yuuzes had manipulated all the major players involved to bring about his own plans. This did not set well with Shuu, and in a feirce final confrontation, the Alpha Numbers defeated Yuuzes. In the ensuing aftermath, however, Shuu vanished. Not only that, but a terrible gravity wave was surging through space towards Earth, a biproduct of the Aerogator war. Earth's forces had to quickly regroup, and figure out a way to protect Earth and the colonies from destruction. It was an uphill battle for this new group of heros, called the Preventers. Although they had the smarts to formulate a plan, they had to deal with the Titans who were attempting to steal that plan away from them and take all the credit for saving the planet. Not only that, but it appeared as if there was someone else hiding in the shadow, sabotaging the plans to save humanity from mass destruction. As time went on, Masaki Andou, the pilot of Cybuster, reappeared from La Giars searching for Shuu. It is uncertain what had happened, but it seemed as if Shuu had done something terrible. Masaki was clearly out for revenge. The situation got more and more confusing as Saphine Grace showed up at the recently attacked DC base, having just destroyed the backups of the Aegis Plan. Claiming to have been working under Shuu's orders, she fled as the Preventers attacked her.

It was becoming more and more clear that Shuu was behind the sabotage of the Aegis Project. However, noone could figure out why he'd be doing such a thing. Everything came to a head in the shadow of a docked Macross, as the Preventers battled the Titans to put an end to their meddling. In the middle of the fight, Shuu appeared, with his Granzon looking much different. It is here that Shuu revealed his true intentions to the heros. Shuu had been sabotaging the Aegis Project in order to serve up the people who would die from the gravity wave as a sacrifice to the dark god Volkruss, who would use the souls from the sacrifice to cross over to Earth, and bring about an age of darkness and evil. The Preventers are shocked and outraged by Shuu's mad plans, and set out to defeat him. During the course of the battle, Shuu's unit, the Neo Granzon, is damaged by the constant onslaught of attacks. Looking to destroy his enemies all at once, he unleashed a terribly powerful Shukutaihou. Due to the power of the attack and the unstability of the Neo Granzon's engine due to it's damage, something bizarre happened. Rather then destroying his enemies, a giant rift in time opened up, swallowing up everyone on the battlefield. Or at least, that's what appeared to have happened as even Shuu vanished. It is unknown what occured to the Preventers during the time they were gone, but it had seemed that Shuu was no longer a threat. The remenants of the Aegris Project went ahead with their plans, though without the Super Robots that were with the Preventers, the power of the barrier that was being created to stop the graviton wave was drastically reduced.

The days and months neared the day that the Aegis Project would have to be put into action, and neither Shuu nor the Preventers had yet to reappear. It seemed that the Aegris Project would only be able to go ahead with reduced capacity, which made Earth's future uncertain. Then, at the 11th hour, a strange wormhole phenomenom appeared on the moon where the Aegis Project's installation was. From this wormhole, a bizarre robot like creature lurched out, intent on destroying the project for reasons uncertain to the scientists involved. Before it could do any significant damage though, amazingly, the preventers emerged through the wormhole, and defended the installation. After a heated battle, the enemy was defeated. However, that was not the end of the troubles for the Preventers. Shuu once again appeared in Granzon, with his own intentions to stop the Aegis Project. When the power of his Granzon was clearly not enough to win, Shuu called upon Volkruss to grant him the strength he needed to defeat his enemies. Once again, the Granzon became Neo Granzon as Volkruss infused it with his own power from the darkness of his realm. Shuu fought viciously, cutting a terrible swath through the Preventers before he was brought down by Masaki and his Cybuster, which was given a tremendous boost of strength by the god Cyfis, whom Cybuster served as it's masoukishkin. With his final defeat apparent, Shuu was ready for his death. However, Volkruss did not see it that way.

Enraged that Shuu could not even defeat his enemies with the use of his power, Volkruss took his astral form directly to the Neo Granzon, and became one with it. With this melding of technology and evil force, the Neo Granzon became the fiercesome Eternal Granzon, with a Volkruss possessed Shuu at the helm. The Preventers were shocked. There was no way had the time and capability to defeat this new monstrousity, and still help strengthen the Aegis Project back to full power. Masaki, understanding the terrible truth, took it upon himself to challenge Volkruss one on one to a battle to the death. Eternal Granzon and the strengthed Cybuster clashed viciously, with Masaki leading Volkruss into space, away from the Aegis Project installation. Eternal Granzon would eventually get the upper hand over Cybuster and was about to deliver the killing blow, when Volkruss realized that the gravity wave was dangerously close, and the Preventers had been able to link their generators to the power source for the Aegis Project. With this newfound boost, the barrier created would be enough to hold back the gravity wave. Eternal Granzon started to move back towards the moon, but ubruptly stopped. Shuu's spirit was still inside his body, and was enraged that Volkruss would force his control over him like this. As the two strugged for control of the Eternal Granzon, Masaki seized the opportunity. He lunged force with Cybuster, and buried it's sword into Eternal Granzon's chest, then pushed it into the oncoming gravity wave just as the Aegis Project activated. Masaki narrowly escaped being trapped outside the barrier, but Eternal Granzon wasn't so lucky as it was overcome by the gravity wave. When it was all said and done neither Shuu nor the Eternal Granzon was anywhere to be seen...

NazeNaniMechDev2.jpg

([Ruri Oneisan] .... Hum. You were certainly busy here.

[sack Usagi] Heh heh heh.

[Ruri Oneisan] However, a submission doesn't neccesarily need to be this long to be passable. It does show that you're putting a good deal of effort into it, however. It's also nice that the author went another route, using the original pilot's history and modifying when neccesary. Overall, work like this shows that you know your base material very well.

[sack Usagi] Aww. You're making me blush, Ruri.

[Ruri Oneisan] Idiot...)

Weapon Modifications:

Weapon: EN Drain: Though this ability has no real name, it's effect is still quite sneaky on hapless oppenents. Using it's tremendous dark power, Eternal Granzon leeches energy from it's enemies, in order to replentish it's own power. It can only accomplish this feat a limited number of times in battle before the dark force required for it is used up. (Just the same as Neo Granzon, really.)

NazeNaniMechDev2.jpg

([sack Usagi] Care to continue?

[Ruri Oneisan] Hmph. Fine, this version of the attack is much better then the last. There's a much better explaination for it, and the request is generalized rather then specific.

[sack Usagi] Naturally~

[Ruri Oneisan] I fear your ego is reaching critical mass...)

Weapon: Gran Worm Blade: Eternal Granzon opens up a hole in space with it's hand. Dark fire surges out from this wormhole and pained screams can be heard as it thrusts it's hand inside, pulling out a terrible mishapen sword. The blade is twisted, and strange outcroppings run up along the blade that look eeriely like veins. A single unblinking eye forms on it's hilt, which glows as Eternal Granzon rushes at the enemy. It delivers a single verticle slice, leaving a trail of dark energy in the air before completing with a low horizontal slash, creating an image of a upside cross with the dark energy. (Mmm, sacriligious. Multi-hitting melee attack, looking for a little stronger then Gran Worm Sword, but requiring an EN cost due to the extra power used to bring it out.)

Weapon: Dark Worm Cluster: Eternal Granzon opens a wormhole in front of it, then begins launching small darkness infused black holes into the wormhole. As the oppenent stands there, multiple wormholes begin to open all around it, and it's bombarded with the black holes, which inflict terrible damage. (A boosted version of Worm Smasher. Yeah, I know. It's asking for alot. Perhaps an increase in EN cost would be order to balance out the damage boost.)

Weapon: Black Hole Inferno: Eternal Granzon combines it's power over gravity with it's dark magical power, creating a compact black orb in it's hand that burns with a strange dark energy. Eternal Granzon then hurls this black orb at the enemy. The orb explodes, crushing the enemy inside a black hole, while engulfing them with searingly painful dark flames at the same time. (An upgrade to Black Hole Cluster, just big damage here.)

Weapon: Kyuukyoku Shukutaihou: The image of Volkruss's head on Eternal Granzon's chest slowly opens it's mouth, revealing the Shukutaihou cannon inside. It begins to burn with dark energy, as power begins to build up inside it. With a terrible roar, Eternal Granzon unleashes a huge blast of darkly colored gravitational power, completely blowing away the enemy. (Despite the whole 'blowing away the enemy' line, this attack is really only pure damage like the normal Shukutaihou, only boosted by Volkruss's dark power.)

The next thing the oppenent knows, they are floating around in complete darkness, the sound of pained screams filling their ears. From the shadows, the tremendous form of Volkruss himself emerges, revealing that the oppenent has been sucked into Volkruss's realm. There is little time to react as Volkruss snatches the enemy up in it's hands, and consumes them, damning them to oblivion for eternity. (This seems to me that it should be one of those special damage attacks.)

Weapon: Graviton Web: For this attack, Eternal Granzon creates a huge web of dark energy all around it, snatching up it's enemies within it. The web then constricts the enemy with intense gravitational force, crushing them. (This is basically a stronger version of Graviton Cannon.)

Weapon: Big Bang Cluster: Another attack that targets multiple enemies at once, Eternal Granzon creates several clusters of darkly glowing energy which he then launches at multiple foes. As they connect, they explode in a surge of tremendous energy, dealing terrible damage. (Basically, just an upgraded Big Bang Wave, with the ability to Target, rather then being Indiscriminate.)

NazeNaniMechDev2.jpg

([Ruri Oneisan] I take it you want me to keep going.

[sack Usagi] By all means~

[Ruri Oneisan] Well, these attacks are very well written. Plenty of good descriptions, and generalized requests. All quite acceptable.

[sack Usagi]

[Ruri Oneisan] ... Don't look at me like that.

[sack Usagi] Relax, I'm not a kobun.)

Frame and Systems: (Things not listed receive no change)

Frame Modifications: Eternal Granzon is basically the Neo Granzon, with Volkruss being totally in tune with it. As such, it's undergone a terrible transformation. It has grown larger then before, with more sharp jagged points and edges then before, giving it a terribly demonic look. On top of that, an image of Volkruss's head has appeared on it's chest where it's Shukutaihou was. Functionally, Eternal Granzon is extremely tough and durable, with the magical protection of Volkruss defending it It is capable of taking a tremendous amount of damage and shrugging it off, to the point that it took the gravity wave to finally end it's terror. Because of the connection with Volkruss, and it's already impressive Annihilation Engine, the Eternal Granzon has an impressive amount of energy at it's disposal, though by no means does it have infinite power. Regardless, it has enough energy to sustain itself in battle for an undetermined amount of time. Finally, the Eternal Granzon has the power to fly, using Volkruss's power to lift it into the air. (A HP/EN boost if it's not too much to ask. And um. It doesn't really need to be covered how it can fly, but I did anyways.)

Armor of Shadows: While it would be incredibly difficult to give Eternal Granzon any better armor then what Neo Granzon had, Volkruss was still able to bestow an increase to defense through a thin shroud of magical shadow like energy. This gave Eternal Granzon is bit of additional endurance over what it already had. (Just a small increase to Neo Granzon's armor, like 10%.)

Beam Absorb: A unique ability that Volkruss grants to Eternal Granzon, any energy like attacks used on it by it's enemies are absorbed through Volkruss's dark magic. Eternal Granzon uses this power to recover from damage during combat. It can only absorb energy of certain types, while other energy attacks still damage it normally. (Just beam absorb. I figured since Volkruss had it, Eternal Granzon would too.)

Shadow Step: Through use of it's evil magic, Eternal Granzon can evade damage by quickly moving through shadows, reappearing in another location nearby. Because of it's large size however, it's not always it's best option and is commonly used to surprise enemies in combat. (This is basically some average/below average Double Image.)

NazeNaniMechDev2.jpg

([Ruri Oneichan] *sigh* Now come on. We didn't have to cover this submission at all...

[sack Usagi] But Ruri, showing the Simcitizens what a good submission looks like will let them know how they should write their own!

[Ruri Oneichan] Hmph. Well again, more examples of good requests. A few minor exact stat requests, but those are unavoidable.

[sack Usagi] Some kobuns are meant to die?

[Ruri Oneisan] It seems so.

[sack Usagi] Well! It looks like we're done! I hope the Simcitizens out there have learned from this experience! When they write their own submissions now, they'll know the do's and don'ts. Right Ruri? ... Ruri? ... Ahaha.. Well.. seeya around folks! ^_^ )
