"Xenosaga: the After - Curse of the Zohar" Special units

KP-S MORPHEUS

Backstory: Serial number 00-00-23-14-1, the first of a series of humanoid robots derived from the technology used to create the legendary gynoid KOS-MOS. MORPHEUS, while being the first of his class is also the only one that was built with a male appearance, and the reasons behind that are still unknown. One suspected rumor is that he was built as a "younger brother" of sorts to KOS-MOS, recently recovered from the vacuum of the outer space. As a KOS-MOS derivate, he also has the same black box parts, only identified and copied after the original design was recovered.

As a whole, MORPHEUS (Much like KOS-MOS and the other members of the KP series) has self-awareness, and his two only orders are: -Unconditionally protect any Vector employee and, -Destroy any menace that threat the human race. After the Contact with the Zohar, the first order on MORPHEUS was deleted.

Weapons:

-Melee: A set of close-range attacks done with the hands and the feet. The MORPHEUS is quite capable of fending some enemies with only his martial arts skills.

-Power Tackle: Charging his very own frame with ETheR, MORPHEUS tackles his opponent dealing more damage than when using his melee attacks.

-F-SCYTHE: Using his nanotechnology, MORPHEUS can transform one of his arms into a metallic scythe, used to mow down his enemies.

-F-GSHOT: Using his nanotechnology, MORPHEUS makes appear a three-barreled triple gatling gun that fires energy bolts at the enemies with great speed.

-R-DRAGON: Turning his right arm into a giant shield-mounted cannon, MORPHEUS first rams the enemy before jumping in the air and firing one round of the R-DRAGON.

-R-BLADE: Transforming his left arm with his nanotechnology into an energy emitter, MORPHEUS can use a laser blade that can parry other energy weaponry with ease.

-X-BUSTER: Opening his abdomen, MORPHEUS can launch a powerful beam of energy that demolishes everything on its path.

Systems:

-Nanotechnology Recomposing Armor: As a member of the KOS-MOS series, the MORPHEUS is equipped with a nanotechnological armor that provides ample defense against any type of damage, while giving a somewhat limited regeneration ability. The only drawback of this is that, while it regenerates damage, it uses more power than normal.

-Ether Barrier: A superior defense barrier produced by the ETheR effect that the nanotechnology the MORPHEUS carry. The ETheR (Short of "Especial Theory of Rudimentary") is a wide range of abilities which are similar to magic but based upon purely scientific reasoning which to some degree is similar to alchemy.

-Hilbert Effect: An effect produced by a black box on the internal design of the MORPHEUS derived from the original Hilbert Effect generator used by KOS-MOS, which generates a wave of energy that, originally, was used to draw the Gnosis from their world, allowing human beings to physically contact them. Also it can be used as a circuit-jamming device that fries the sensors of a ship.

Due to the inexistance of Gnosis on this universe, the MORPHEUS primarily uses the Hilbert effect as a stealth jamming device in conjunction with the sensor jamming property.

-Summon Nyx: When the needs arise, MORPHEUS can send a signal that summons the special weapon carrier Nyx wherever he is at the moment, in order to get more specialized (And destructive) firepower.

-Code M.O.R.P.H.: The special sequence code that activates the combining process of the MORPHEUS and the Nyx, turning them into the Aether MORPHEUS.

ED-0001 Nyx

Backstory: The "Ethereal Dragon"-class special weapon carrier Nyx is closely based on the Tertiary Weapon System used by KOS-MOS (The "mother" of the KP series) as a specialized weapon pack. Because several years passed since the Gnosis conflict's end, the technology involved with the TWS was greatly enhanced, culminating with the built of the Nyx, the first of a AI-controlled weapon pack class. Several details behind its construction were purposely hidden by Vector Industries, such as the Energy Wing System and the capabilities the AI can reach.

During the resurgence of U-DO, MORPHEUS and the Nyx were sent to deal with the imminent menace of the higher dimensional being who threatened to destroy the whole universe. While they were battling, the Zohar appeared once again and sent the unsuspecting robot to another universe.

Weapons:

-Dual Energy Cannons: Two cannons that follow the same principle as the F-SHOT weapon of KOS-MOS, which fires a charged ball of energy. In this case, the energy cannons fire a bigger and more powerful energy ball.

-Twin Energy Blades: Two laser blades grafted to the barrel of the energy cannons, and used as an advanced version of the R-BLADE of the MORPHEUS.

-Plasma Cannons: Two shoulder-mounted cannons that fire a beam of charged plasma. While they are more powerful than the dual energy cannons, their combined power pales in comparison with that of the Phase Transfer Cannon.

Systems:

-Code M.O.R.P.H.: The special sequence code that activates the combining process of the MORPHEUS and the Nyx, turning them into the Aether MORPHEUS.

-Energy Wing System: A state-of-the-art mobility system used by the Nyx and the Aether MORPHEUS, which grants to them the ability to move at sub-light speeds at maximum.

KP-S+ED-0001 "Aether MORPHEUS"

Backstory: After combining with the Nyx, MORPHEUS was turned into the Aether MORPHEUS, looking quite similar to the idea of the "Tertiary Weapon System" of KOS-MOS. The only time this was done, ironically, was when U-DO menaced with the annihilation of the whole universe. To impede that, MORPHEUS was sortied out in order to vanquish the upper dimensional being.

The ensued battle lasted for a long time, with each exchange of blows from both MORPHEUS and U-DO, furiously destroying several galaxies during the rampage (Similar to the premonition of KOS-MOS battling U-DO). The fght was promptly stopped when, from nowhere, the Zohar once again appeared on this plane of existance. intrigued by the golden monolith, MORPHEUS touched it, and by the power of the Zohar, the robot (Together with the Nyx weapon carrier) was transported to another universe.

Weapons:

This'll take forever and a half to be done since we don't actually have Xenosaga converted yet. Also I'm not sure if we'll have KOS-MOS as a purchasable unit anymore in v3.

EINHERJAR Stories: The First Mission

Series Plot: There are stories of a powerful army, whose main (And only) HQ is located on a city on the north shores of Norway. The members of that squadron are revered as one of the most powerful forces in the entire world, something that is proved thanks to their state-of-the-art mechs and their connection to several other organizations worldwide. But while they are strong, they also have an infamous reputation, that of being berserk-like during a skirmish, and that every battlefield they enter turns into a wasteland.

This series follows the antics of the EINHERJAR, the most famous squadron of Asgard. While it could be considered as another anime with a Gundam-like plot (that is, on an action-drama line), most of the events seen on it proves the contrary. This is basically a parody of the RR shows that plagues the TV, where silly characters live their lives, while they do their jobs. Obviously, there also is some action, due to being a mecha-based story. But a little.

Main Characters:

-Shin Ryuugetsu: the leader of EINHERJAR and also its founder, a fact only known by few people. While he's the most level head member of the group, he's also the most prone to create havoc on the world, just for the sake of it. A silent fellow, he doesn't show much of an emotion, and the only thing he will show would be utter madness during battle.

-Michael Angelus: The apprentice of Shin. While having a happy-go-look attitude most of the time, he has a darker side of his personality, being the one closest to act like a berserker. Interestingly enough, he's the only one (leaving Shin aside) who was able to control a unit infamous for being a berserker and uncontrollable machine.

-Sieg Hart: While he has a "Rave Master"-like name and aspect, he's actually very different from that of the character of the same name. A talkative man who's also the second-in-command of the ENHERJAR, and also the master sniper of the group. He didn't show any weird trait for the moment, so he could be considered the sanest member of the place.

The Saga Frames:

A Saga Frame is a type of mech whose design is incredibly similar to that of a Gundam, but without the trademark V-fin of the latter. The size of a Saga Frame could range from 7 to 10 meters (Being smaller than a Gundam), granting it high dexterity without any loss of strength. While they are able to walk, all of them are equipped on the "soles" of their feet with high-velocity caterpillar tracks, granting them the ability to run on any kind of terrain for a swift, unhindered attack. Most of the developed units doesn't have fixed flight-capable equipment, but some exceptions exists (SRM-01 "Valkyrie" and SRM-02+SWP-3 "Verdandi Norn") and a equip-able support flight system was developed for Saga Frames without that technology.

SRM-01 "Valkyrie"

Background:

The first unit of the Saga project. A fast and powerful mech that is capable of performing well both in short and long range, thanks to the "Gungnir" Multimode Spear. This unit was built as a way to test new concept technology devised by the "Mimir" branch of EINHERJAR, such as the YGGDRASIL System and the Energy Sword. But while this was a great unit, it was too expensive to be mass-produced, so only nine SRM-01 were built.

The first attempt to create a mass-production version of the Valkyrie (The now known SRM-04 Berserker) was deemed as a failure, because it's design was even more costly than the normal Valkyrie. Because of that, two new concept mechs were created from the V-Frame featured by the Valkyrie. The second one was the SRM-02 Norn, which was built in less quantities than the Valkyrie The Norn was built with the idea of a mech with the capabilities of acting as a multirange unit. While the idea was successful, the costs of it were still too high for mass-production.

The third attempt was the SRM-03 Einherjar. Thanks to its light and durable frame, and the fact that it has few weapons, the Einherjar was the first mass-production version of the Valkyrie that could hold it's own during battle and was cheap enough to be build in great numbers. This mech was also the reason that EINHERJAR got it's name, due to this mech being mostly used by the low-ranking members of Asgard City's most famous squad.

Still at these times, the Valkyrie remains as one of the strongest units of EINHERJAR, with unmatched speed (Except when the Verdandi Norn activates its Trans-Energy Wings) and power. It can also become more powerful, if the right modifications are made to it.

Technical Data:

-Height: 8.75 meters

-Weight: 4.851 metric tons

Weapons:

-Gungnir [Lancer Mode]: A multimode weapon shaped on the form of a spear. This is the melee form of the Gungnir, that is of a heavy spear. While it is not a strong weapon, it covers up its weakness with the capability to perforate the barrier of its enemies. This is due thanks to the special material used on its creation, which difracts the particles used to create a barrier.

-Gungnir [shot Mode]: The second mode of the Gungnir. By dividing the Gungnir's blade in half, the barrel of a energy rifle is shown. This "energy spear cannon" can fire several shots at fast speeds, which deal great damage when they make clean shots.

-Sword of Heroes: A stronger type of Energy Sword, that still retains the capacity to evolve in power when enough combat data is gathered. When the EX Mode of the Valkyrie is achieved, the Sword of Heroes could easily become the strongest weapon of all the arsenal of the Valkyrie.

-Shield Missiles: A four-tubed missile launcher grafted to the shield of the Valkyrie. While the missiles are powerful, the weapon carries little ammo.

-Omega Flash: A combination of the two modes of the Gungnir spear. First the Valkyrie rush the enemy, stabbing tehm with the tip of the Gungnir on Lancer Mode. Then, when the barrier of the enemy is penetrated, the Valkyrie switch to the Shot Mode, firing several times on the now unprotected adversary.

Combo Attacks:

-Valkyrie Rush [Melee]: This combo attack is done when three Valkyries are together. They take their Gungnirs and proceed to slash the opponent several times, at high speeds.

-Valkyrie Rush [Range]: Similar to the Melee version of the Valkyrie Rush, the Range version is done with the Gungnir, but with the Shot Mode activated. The three Valkyries shoot down an enemy with their "spear cannons" doing great damage.

Systems:

-YGGDRASIL System: The power core of a Saga Frame. It works on a similar fashion to a nuclear powerplant, but without the risk of a massive explosion if it fails. The YS provides ample electrical energy to the Saga Frame, powering its systems and its weapons.

-EX Mode: A secondary battle mode, only capable of activation when the combat experience of the pilot is great enough to handle the Swords of Heroes's energy rush with ease. This could be considered as the second step of the evolutionary Energy Sword, as the weapon could store amazing amounts of energy for an increased power output.

SRM-02 "Norn"

Background:

One of the first attempts to make a mass-produced version of the SRM-01 Valkyrie. While this attempt failed, the idea behind the construction of this mech was deemed a success, which grants to it a great performance as a commander-type unit. While the Norn has few weapons on it's Normal Frame, it can be equipped with different parts that turns it into a more powerful unit.

Technical Data:

-Height: 7.31 meters

-Weight: 1.62 metric tons

Weapons:

-Energy Sword: An energy blade, with capabilities and an output similar to those of the Beam Saber found on many mechas. Not a very powerful weapon, but with sufficient combat experience, it is possible to introduce more power into it.

-Vacuum Blast Cannon: On the hands of the unit there are two energy cannons that fire a concentrated beam of positrons. These positrons, when fired, erase part of the atmosphere that is in front of the mech, allowing for a faster energy beam to smash the enemy.

-Point-Blank Vacuum Blast Cannon: A point-blank variant of the Vacuum Blast. When used, the positrons weakens the armor of the enemy for a while, allowing for a more powerful attack to be used.

Systems:

-YGGDRASIL System: The power core of a Saga Frame. It works on a similar fashion to a nuclear powerplant, but without the risk of a massive explosion if it fails. The YS provides ample electrical energy to the Saga Frame, powering its systems and its weapons.

-Mimir Displacer System: The MDS is a special locking system that reduces the total power of the unit equipped with it. While the MDS is activated, both the energy output and the speed of the unit are nearly half of the real values it has. Generally, the MDS is installed in unit that are too high-spec to be piloted by normal people.

SRM-02+SWP-1 "Urd Norn"

Background: The first weapon pack developed for the SRM-02 Norn Saga Frame. A unit whose main focus is "attack power", specifically used when it is necessary to deal great damage to the enemies on a fast way. While it boast high damaging weapons, it's speed and defensive power pales in comparison to the other weapon packs of the Norn.

Technical Data:

-Height: 7.35 meters

-Weight: 3.126 metric tons

Weapons:

-Energy Sword: An energy blade, with capabilities and an output similar to those of the Beam Saber found on many mechas. Not a very powerful weapon, but with sufficient combat experience, it is possible to introduce more power into it.

-Hi no Gai: A Saga frame-sized metallic scythe with a monomolecular frame, capable of cutting through a thick layer of armor with ease.

-Vacuum Blast Cannon: On the hands of the unit there are two energy cannons that fire a concentrated beam of positrons. These positrons, when fired, erase part of the atmosphere that is in front of the mech, allowing for a faster energy beam to smash the enemy.

-Point-Blank Vacuum Blast Cannon: A point-blank variant of the Vacuum Blast. When used, the positrons weakens the armor of the enemy for a while, allowing for a more powerful attack to be used.

Systems:

-YGGDRASIL System: The power core of a Saga Frame. It works on a similar fashion to a nuclear powerplant, but without the risk of a massive explosion if it fails. The YS provides ample electrical energy to the Saga Frame, powering its systems and its weapons.

-Ikari Mode: The signature system of the Urd Norn. A speacial feature similar to the ODIN System of the SRM-04 Berserker, in which the damage dealt by the attacks of the Urd Norn is doubled for some minutes. While it is an inocuous system compared to the ODIN System, it lacks the ability of the Berserker's technology to last for indefinite times.

SRM-02+SWP-2 "Skuld Norn"

Background: The second weapon pack developed for the SRM-02 Norn Saga Frame. Its main purpose is "defense power", and is used on convoy missions, at the same time as the Urd Norn. The weapons equipped on this unit aren't very powerful, as they are technically, weapons used for stalling the opponent while more powerful Saga Frames attack it.

Technical Data:

-Height: 7.35 meters

-Weight: 3.126 metric tons

Weapons:

-Energy Sword: An energy blade, with capabilities and an output similar to those of the Beam Saber found on many mechas. Not a very powerful weapon, but with sufficient combat experience, it is possible to introduce more power into it.

-Kaze no Yari: An energy spear, used to parry both melee attacks and weak energy weaponry. It doesn't have any different use than that.

-"Windforce" Vacuum Blast Cannon: A different version of the Vacuum Blast Cannon that, instead of firing an array of positrons, it rapidly release a stream of compressed air towards the enemy, paralyzing it for several minutes. While it doesn't cause any damage, it's still a useful strategic weapon.

Systems:

-YGGDRASIL System: The power core of a Saga Frame. It works on a similar fashion to a nuclear powerplant, but without the risk of a massive explosion if it fails. The YS provides ample electrical energy to the Saga Frame, powering its systems and its weapons.

-Mimir Displacer System: The MDS is a special locking system that reduces the total power of the unit equipped with it. While the MDS is activated, both the energy output and the speed of the unit are nearly half of the real values it has. Generally, the MDS is installed in unit that are too high-spec to be piloted by normal people.

-Ultimate Barrier: A special barrier equipped on the Skuld Norn, and also its signature system. Several generators installed all over the Skuld Frame prodices an array of positrons which deflect the attacks that aim the Norn as a target. While it can be tresspased, it requires an unfathomable amount of damage to achieve such a feat.

SRM-02+SWP-3 "Verdandi Norn"

Background: The last weapon pack developed for the SRM-02 Norn. A frame taht focus on movement speed, and used for blitzkrieg tactics and guerrilla warfare. Thanks to the speed it can achieve, it is quite difficult for most mechs to catch up with the Verdandi frame.

-Height: 7.35 meters

-Weight: 3.126 metric tons

Weapons:

-Energy Sword: An energy blade, with capabilities and an output similar to those of the Beam Saber found on many mechas. Not a very powerful weapon, but with sufficient combat experience, it is possible to introduce more power into it.

-Hikari no Daitachi: An energy blade capable of extend its range if more power is entered into it. Obviously, it has a limit of how much its blade can extend, because if its too long, there are risks that the blade could be uncontrollable.

-"Gleipnir Kai" Positron Cannon: A handheld positron cannon, which fire a beam of positrons. Due to the recoil of the barrel, the weapon needs to be firmly attached to the ground for support.

SRM-03 "Einherjar"

Background:

The mass-production Saga Frame used by the defense corps of Asgard, EINHERJAR. Roughly 80% of EIN's main forces is composed of these units. Combining a small-sized light, but durable frame, and equipping it with few weapons turn this mech into a force to be reckoned. It also can recollect the weapons of fell enemies to improve its own firepower.

The Einherjar was the first mass-production version of the Valkyrie to be deemed as a success, after the former unit, the Berserker, was considered too high-spec for normal use, and the second attempt, the Norn, to be better suited for high-ranking members's use. The Einherjar are normally used as shock troops, combined with their huge numbers, to overwhelm the enemy.

This unit was also made famous thanks to EINHERJAR's founder and actual commander, Shin Ryuugetsu. During an incident at the Kataart mountain range, Shin, piloting an Einherjar fend off by his own an invasion attempt against a squadron of next-gen units from a warring country. Most of the details aren't known, but what could be rescued from that incident involves the use of the Einherjar's versatility and speed, coupled with the natural reflexes of its pilot and his strategical mind.

-"Gleipnir" Handheld cannon: A cannon that has great power with the drawback of being a heavy piece of equipment. It has two kind of ammunition, being one a stream-like energy beam and another one being an armor-piercing cluster explosive.

-Shot Lancer: A special energy gun mounted on the custom-made shield of all the Einherjars that fires energy bullets. This weapon is mostly used to destroy any incoming projectile weapons.

Combo Weapons:

-Ragnarok March: A special formation attack used by a squad of three Einherjars. First, two of them procede to fire their Shot Lancers, while the last one fires two rounds of AP explosives with the Gleipnir. When all that is done, the three of them rush the enemy with their Energy Swords. As a close to the attack, the three of them unleash a point-blank attack with the Energy beam of the Gleipnir.

SRM-04 "Berserker"

Background:

The most infamous unit stored on the hangars of EINHERJAR, due to an incident that arose after the ODIN System was accidentally activated by the test pilot of the mech, which threw it into a frenzy, resulting in the murdering of most of the developing team hired by EIN n order to build a mass-produced version of the SRM-01 Valkyrie.

After it was mothballed, one of the rookie members of the squad, Michael Angelus, stumbled across the mysterious mech, becoming entranced by the sheer power it seemed to radiate. Since that day, Mike started to use the Berserker on solo missions, and always without telling the high commands that he was taking that mech.

The Berserker features several technologies similar to those equipped on the Valkyrie, but toned down. The first one is a variant of the Energy Sword technology, appropriately dubbed "Energy Axe", due to the resembling to that ancient weapon. The second, the Gigas Spear, is a downgraded version of the Gungnir, with the same modes but reduced power. But there are also several new systems that turns the Berserker into a unique unit on its kind. The most famous one is the ODIN System, a Mind-Machine interface that directly connects the mind of the pilot to the robot, thanks to a special routine stored inside of the Berserker's AI, Loki. It also has the Mimir Displacer System, a restraining system that contains nearly half of the energy output of the Saga Frame and only seen on few mechs, who were directly derived from the Valkyrie, such as the Norn and the Berserker.

-Energy Axe: An energy weapon modeled after an axe. It follows the same principles of the Energy Sword.

-Gigas Spear [Lancer Mode]: A toned-down version of the Gungnir multimode spear's Lancer mode of the Valkyrie. While it mantains the same modes of the Gungnir, they were reduced on their firepower, in order to reduce the costs of the mech's developement.

-Gigas Spear [shot Mode]: Same as the Lancer Mode of the Gigas Spear, the Shot Mode was toned-down in order to reduce built costs.

-Wolf Rush: A combo attack used by the Berserker, derived from the data stored on the Valkyrie. It works on the same way as the Omega Flash, but with a more feral look on it. First, the Berserker hits the enemy multiple times with the Energy Axe, follwing with several slashes from the Gigas Spear's Lancer Mode. After all that is done, it rushes the enemy with a series of quick jabs to the head, finishing with an energy attack from the Gigas Spear's Shot Mode. This attack can only be used when the ODIN System is online.

Nevertheless, when the time comes, it can act as a wise counselor of the pilot, giving to him advices for what path he should take.

-ODIN System: The special feature of the SRM-04, which turned it into an infamous unit. It's a highly advanced AI routine of Loki which, when activated, releases the locking systems that held off the bulk of the Berserker's power. The drawback of this system is that the unit enters into an "Automode Control", where it proceeds to attack anything that's near it, be it enemies or friends.

SRM-02/SWP-1/SWP-2/SWP-3 "Forbedrede Norn"

Background:

A new mode of the Norn, developed after the tests with the three packs were finished. True to its name, the Forbedrede Norn is an enhanced version of the original Norn that is fitted with the three special weapon packs at the same time, granting the strenght of the Norn on its Urd, Verdandi and Skuld modes. Taking the speed of the "Verdandi Norn", the barrier of the Skuld, and the great firepower of the Urd, the Forbedrede Norn is a fearsome unit whose performance is on par to that of the Berserker and the Valkyrie.

Due to the outdating of the Norn series, after the appearance of the SRM-03 Einherjar, one lone Mimir branch scientist worked on a secret project to further enhance the power of the once imposing Saga Frame. But due to time constrains and the lack of proper funding, only one Forbedrede Norn was ever built. But the performance of the unit, after the new testing of the next-gen mechas was made, greatly surpassed that of the Norn and even a highly customized Einherjar. But even because of that, that would be the only unit created.

-Hi no Gai: A Saga frame-sized metallic scythe with a monomolecular frame, capable of cutting through a thick layer of armor with ease.

-Kaze no Yari: An energy spear, used to parry both melee attacks and weak energy weaponry. It doesn't have any different use than that.

-"Gleipnir Kai" Positron Cannon: A handheld positron cannon, which fire a beam of positrons. Due to the recoil of the barrel, the weapon needs to be firmly attached to the ground for support.

While it can be tresspased, it requires an unfathomable amount of damage to achieve such a feat.

-Ikari Mode: The signature system of the Urd Norn. A speacial feature similar to the ODIN System of the SRM-04 Berserker, in which the damage dealt by the attacks of the Urd Norn is doubled for some minutes. While it is an inocuous system compared to the ODIN System, it lacks the ability of the Berserker's technology to last for indefinite times.

Issues with Weapon/Ability: It doesn't have it

Possible Solution: Add it

Reasoning for Solution: Most of the Saga Frames developed by EINHERJAR are land-based machines, who doesn't have the required built-in equipment for sustained atmospheric/space flight (They require an external device, such as a Tesla Drive). That's not the case with the Verdandi Norn and the Valkyrie, the former being a mech designed with the speed factor and the flight ability from the latter. The Valkyrie, as being the prototype of the entire Norn packs, has the ability to fly without the need of a Tesla Drive or an equipment of such. (Refer to the Saga Frame general description under the character's information)

Reasoning for Solution: Each of the Norn frames have a special touch that makes them unique to the rest of the packs, having each of them different kind of uses and giving more tactical possibilities during combat. Those unique features of the frames are in the form of different technologies that give an ability or raise the focal stat from where the frames revolve around. In the Urd frame, it's the Ikari Mode. In the Skuld frame, the Ultimate Barrier. And in the case of the Verdandi Norn, the Trans-Energy Wing System, a speacil technology that raises the speed of the frame and the damage done by the "Hikaru no Tsubasa" attack. Besides, the Trans-Energy Wing System's speed boost is the actual response to the high-speed movement of the SRM-01 Valkyrie, considered before the built of the Norn packs to be the fastest Saga Frame that ever existed.

Besides all that lengthy stuff I wrote there, I'm INCREDIBLY pleased with the results. The mechs are worth of the time it took them to be done xD

I'll have to talk this by Nimbasu my head, but

1.) Your description for Valkyrie does not say a hint about flying, only that it's fast.

2.) Trans-Energy Wing System is already built in to the AGI of the unit. I really don't think you need something extra, since I viewed it as Strike Freedom's or Stargazer's Voiture Lumiere unit, or Lancelot Albion's/Guren Seiten's energy wing

SRM-03C "Aesir"

Background:

The custom version of the SRM-03 used by Shin himself. The Aesir was built with the cannibalized scrap left by the destruction of the very same Eineherjar he used to battle at the Kataart mountain range, with the addition of several new weapons and systems that boost the strengths Shin has when piloting a mech, mainly regarding melee combat and speed.

Several of the weapons were taken from other Saga Frames, adding them to the firepower of the normal Einherjar. The Aesir also was fitted with a wing system (Enablig atmospheric flight) and a Mimir Displacer System, which locks the excess of power the heavily customized Saga Frame has.

-'Nothung Energy Sword Rifle [Rifle]: A fusion between an energy sword and an energy rifle. The rifle's barrel is located between the two emitters of the energy sword, and it can fire a fast volley of energy beams.

-C.R.O.W: A set of eight funnel-like orbital energy gun-pods that float around the battlefield, shooting down enemies from different angles. Combo Attacks:

-Ragnarok March: A special formation attack used by a squad of three Einherjars. First, two of them procede to fire their Shot Lancers, while the last one fires two rounds of AP explosives with the Gleipnir. When all that is done, the three of them rush the enemy with their Energy Swords. As a close to the attack, the three of them unleash a point-blank attack with the Energy beam of the Gleipnir.

Systems:

-YGGDRASIL System: The power core of a Saga Frame. It works on a similar fashion to a nuclear powerplant, but without the risk of a massive explosion if it fails. The YS provides ample electrical energy to the Saga Frame, powering its systems and its weapons.

-Mimir Displacer System: The MDS is a special locking system that reduces the total power of the unit equipped with it. While the MDS is activated, both the energy output and the speed of the unit are nearly half of the real values it has. Generally, the MDS is installed in unit that are too high-spec to be piloted by normal people.

-Warrior's Bounty: The ability of the Einherjar series to steal the weapons of their defeated enemies. Thanks to their hand design, they can use any kind of weapon they want at their fullest power, given that they got them from an enemy. This characteristic stems from the fact that, in ancient times, when a warrior bested another, they could keep whatever the defeated enemy had.

-Portable ammo racks: On the back of the Aesir there are two mounted ammo racks that dispense ammo to the weapons of the mech when they are emptied. They also serve as the docking points of the C.R.O.W. weapons system.

-Freyr: The AI of the Aesir. A rather lazy AI who can only gets serious during moments of danger or when Shin offers it any kind of perverted photos. While perverted and lazy, when Freyr is activated, it grant a boost in both attack and defense, besides giving a tridimensional map of the landscape where the Aesir is located.

SRM-01C "Reginleif"

Background:

The long-awaited evolution of the SRM-01 Valkyrie. It's a heavily customized Saga Frame built around the premise of all-around combat capabilities, which determined the weapon choices. Also, several breakthrough technologies and revised versions of older ones were installed on the frame, turning it into a top-class mech. All of its stats surpasses the limit imposed by the former generation's Saga Frames, such as the speed of the SRM-02+SWP-3 Verdandi Norn, the attack power of the SRM-04 Berserker or the adaptability of the SRM-03 Einherjar.

Due to time constraints and the enormous costs of several of the technologies used on the Reginleif, only one unt was built, which was piloted by EINHERJAR's ace pilot and leader Shin Ryuugetsu, after his Aesir was destroyed in combat against the Origin Mk. 0. Several of the weapons and equipments of the Aesir were later added to the Reginleif, such as the Shot Lancer (Turning the already-present Reginleif's Shot Lancer into the Twin Shot Lancer), the C.R.O.W. weapon system (With the portable ammo racks that serves as the docking bays of the gun-pods) and the 'Nothung' Sword Rifle, the Aesir's signature weapon built by Shin himself.

-Gungnir Kai [Lancer]: An upgraded version of the Gungnir Multimode spear carried by the Valkyrie series. This new version enhances the damage done by both the Lancer and Shot modes.

-Gungnir Kai [shot]: An upgraded version of the Gungnir Multimode spear carried by the Valkyrie series. This new version enhances the damage done by both the Lancer and Shot modes.

-Gungnir Kai [blaster]: A new mode added to the Gungnir Kai spear. After switching to the Shot Mode, the Reginleif connects the spear to its YGGDRASIL System, raising the power output of the weapon tenfold. This attack can be used as a one-target critical or as a terrain-damaging energy spray.

-Runic Buster: The new version of the Omega Flash attack of the Valkyrie. Instead of finishing with the Shot Mode, this time the Reginleif uses the Blaster Mode, causing more damage to the unprotected enemy.

-Hikari to Yami no Tsurugi: On the left hand of the Reginleif there's a miniaturized YGGDRASIL System attached to an energy emitter, which creates a beam blade by focusing the energy of the YS on the sphere of the Reginleif's hand.

-Dual Energy Swords: Stored on recharge racks on the shoulders there are two energy swords, which are used in conjunction for an increased damage.

-'Nothung' Energy Sword Rifle [sword]: A fusion between an energy sword and an energy rifle. When activated, the two emitters at the sides of the rifle's barrel generates two energy sword's edges that can cut through most conventional armors.

-'Nothung Energy Sword Rifle [Rifle]: A fusion between an energy sword and an energy rifle. The rifle's barrel is located between the two emitters of the energy sword, and it can fire a fast volley of energy beams.

-"Gleipnir Kai" Positron Cannon: A handheld positron cannon, which fire a beam of positrons. Due to the recoil of the barrel, the weapon needs to be firmly attached to the ground for support.

-Sword of the Aesir: Anew improvement on the Evolving Energy Sword, and the evolution of the Sword of Heroes carried by the SRM-01 Valkyrie. Besides an stronger energy output, it doesn't have any other difference with the former version.

-Wolf Attack: A similar version of the attack used by the Berserker, which was in turn derived from the data stored on the Valkyrie. First, the Reginleif hits the enemy multiple times with the Nothung Sword Rifle's Sword Mode, follwing with several slashes from the Gungnir Kai's Lancer Mode. After all that is done, it rushes the enemy with a series of quick slashes of the Sword of the Aesir, finishing with an energy attack from the Gungnir Kai's Shot Mode. This attack can only be used when the ODIN System is online.

-Hikari no Tsubasa: The mobility mode chosen for the Verdandi Norn, a pair of energy wings generated from two mini Yggdrasil Systems were grafted on the shoulders of the frame, which can also be used to fire several bolts of energy from them, effectively doubling the wings as a weapon.

-Twin Shot Lancer: On the shield of the Reginleif are mounted two linked Shot Lancers, which fire at the same time for increased damage.

-C.R.O.W: A set of eight funnel-like orbital energy gun-pods that float around the battlefield, shooting down enemies from different angles. The direction and the patter of flight of each gun-pod is remotely controlled by the AI of the mech equipped with this weapon system. This enables for an omnidirectional assault on an enemy. -Valkyrie Rush [Melee]: This combo attack is done when three Valkyries are together. They take their Gungnirs and proceed to slash the opponent several times, at high speeds.

-Valkyrie Rush [Range]: Similar to the Melee version of the Valkyrie Rush, the Range version is done with the Gungnir, but with the Shot Mode activated. The three Valkyries shoot down an enemy with their "spear cannons" doing great damage.

-Trans-Energy Wing System Mk. II: A new version of the Trans-Energy Wing SYstem created for the Verdandi Norn and the Forbedrede Norn. Instead of dividing the energy of the miniaturized YGGDRASIL Systems to power the Hikari no Tsibasa attack and boosting the speed of the frame, all the energy is used to raise the dexterity of the Reginleif, turning it into the fastest mech of the EINHERJAR group.

-Fimbulvetr Mist: After activating the Trans-Energy Wing System Mk. II, the Reginleif can use the incredible speed and the particle dispersion of the energy wings to create several reflective afterimages, which mirror all the movements done by the original one. This mechanism is normally used to confuse the enemies and as a defensive feature.

-Portable ammo racks: On the back of the Reginleif, and protected by the wings, there are two built-in ammo racks that dispense ammo and spare batteries to the mech, allowign it to keep on fighting for a longer time. They also serve as the docking points of the C.R.O.W. weapons system.

Ability-wise, it combines the different boosts granted by the other AIs, such as generating a tridimensional map of the terrain and boosting the speed, the attack and the defense of the mech.

-ODIN System Mk. II: The evolution of the ODIN System of the SRM-04 Berserker. After several compiles of the original ODIN System's data, the developers of the Reginleif came to the idea that one single corrupted instruction was the cause of the instability of Loki when activating the ODIN System. After correcting that lne and making the tests, the new system was installed on Odin's memory banks. This new system also makes a huge leap over the performance shown by the former version, and without the risk of running haywyre makes it into an important asset of the Reginleif.

Reasoning for Solution: Odin's description was mixed with that of Loki. Both AIs have different personalities, even if they share one command (ODIN System, for that matters)

Reasoning for Solution: The whole premise of the C.R.O.W. is that they dock on the ammo racks the two mechs carry on their back, as the orbital gun-pods "feed" on the stockpile energy stored on those racks. When the racks are used (Mostly to cover the Aesir's lack of high-ammo weapons and the energy requirements of its weapons), half of the orbital gun-pods are discarded, as they have no more a charging dock. When both ammo racks are used to restore the ammo and the energy of the Aesir and the Reginleif, then the C.R.O.W. attack is completely disabled. The actual usage of the ammo racks is to limit th usefulness of the C.R.O.W. gun-pods.

Time to submit another EINHERJAR Stories unit. This time, it's God's time to appear xD

Note: Any similarity with Tekkaman is pure coincidence. While I had it on my mind while doing this one, it has nothing to do (And, theoretically, it has more destructive power than all the Tekkaman cast put together) with the Blade xD. Imagine it's like Zero's armor from Nightmare of Nunnaly.

SF-00 Origin Mk. 0

Background:

A power-armor of unknown origins, which was used as the base for the development of the Saga Frames. There isn't many information regarding this powersuit, but its existance can be tracked back to the estimated time of several cataclismic events and several wars of human history, such as the Great Flood or the Trojan War.

It is believed that this armor was designed by God himself, and that several different people through history has used it for different purposes. All those people were later regarded as heores of lore, such as Achilles (The Myrmidon hero of the Trojan War) and Cuchulainn, the Hound of Ulster from Irish mythology).

What is not known is that the armor's owner is always the very same person, and that he was part of all the events that marked History. The owner recently goes by the name Gino Rheti, but it's believed it is a pseudonym created in order to avoid being recognized.

The armor, stat-wise, is extremely fast and nimble, capable of outmaneuvering bigger foes with relative ease. It also is equipped with several strong weapons, all tied to the willpower demonstrated by Gino. It also is capable of self-sustained flight (Both atmospheric and space travel), previous trading of some of the lifeforce of the pilot.

-Ho Helos Meta Kirion Furosopon [Melee]: A polymorphic device that can turn into any desirable weapon, limited only to the imagination of the pilot. When the Melee mode is activated, it can turn into any bladed weapon the pilot wants. (A melee weapon with CC abilities)

-Ho Helos Meta Kirion Furosopon [Range]: Similar to the Melee mode, the Ho Helos Meta Kirion Furosopon can also turn into a gun of sorts. (A gun with CS, if possible)

-Jovis Tempestas Fulguriens: Focusing its power, the Origin can release a thunder from one of its hands, which proceeds to damage an enemy. (It could be said this is a weak beam attack)

-Incendium Gehennae: Focusing its power, the Origin Mk. 0's pilot recites an incantation which creates black jutted flames that can burn through most things with ease. The full power of those flames is unknown. (Flamethrower?)

-Khilipl Astrape: The high-level version of the Jovis Tempestas Fulguriens, that increase both the power and the number of the thunders released from the Origin's hands. (Beam-spam attack of the Origin)

-Raiten Taisou Illusion Attack: After activating the Raiten Taisou, the Origin Mk. 0 proceeds to pummel the enemy at fast speeds with a barrage of powerful punches that comes from every possible angle. (Melee attacks from all possible angles you can imagine. It can only be used if the "Raiten Taisou" skill is activated)

-Wave Motion Palm Cannons: On both hands, the Origin Mk. 0 has installed two Wave Motion Cannons, which are charged and simultaneously fired to the enemies. Due to their power requirements, these palm cannons put a significant toll on the Origin's energy supply. (Requesting both a normal attack and a MAP version, if possible)

-Seal of the Thousand Chains: By reshaping the thunders of the Khilipl Astrape in order to form chains of lightning, the Origin Mk. 0 can completely seal the movements of its enemies and sapping away their lifeforce, in order to restore the willpower used by the Origin's pilot. (Quite self-explanatory, a paralize+HP Drain, if possible. If not, only the paralize part is ok for me)

-Dimensional Ripper: By pumping energy into the Ho Helos Meta Kirion Furosopon, the Origin Mk. 0 can cut a tear on the dimensional fabric of the universe, which temporally sucks the enemy within it, damaging it with an incredible gravitational force before releasing it.

-Impulse Wave of Creation and Destruction: By focusing its energy to turn it into two conflicting particles, the Origin can generate a humongous amount of thermal energy, due to the clashing of the conflicting particles, related to the processes of entropy and the creation of the universe. Technically, the released energy is a localized version of the Big Bang. (Weak MAP attack with low Acc)

-Gotterdämmerung: The second strongest spell. It consist on accumulating a portion of the mech's energy and explosively releasing it, destroying the surroundings of the land where the Origin is located. A reduced power version of that attack consist of spreading a radioactive wave of energy through all the world, which proceeds to kill any unprotected lifeform. (Both normal and MAP versions)

-Altering Flare: The strongest spell of the Origin Mk. 0. By channelling the full extent of its power, the Origin release a mighty flame that can consume everything on the universe, opening tears on the space-time continuum. (Strong MAP attack with high Acc and Rounds Locked to 1)

Systems:

-God Frame: The Origin gets its power from the sheer willpower of its pilot, which allows for a constant supply of will energy running through the frame itself and its weapons. Only when the pilot lose his will to fight the Origin gets disabled. In the meantime, it can always keep on fighting, regenerating both its wounds and the energy. It can also absorb the very same power of some of its weapons to give itself a boost. (Just a simple description of some tidbits of the Origin Mk. 0. It doesn't need to be statted)

-Life Core: The Origin Mk. 0 is outfitted with an unknown powerplant that works by sapping the overflowing will of the pilot and turning it into raw energy used to power the systems of the mech. The amount of energy generated is linked to the will the pilot has and the ammount of damage the frame has. Ironically, if the frame's energy is completely depleted without any opportunity to restore it, the pilot would fall unconscious, deactivating the Origin Mk. 0. (EN Regen X%, with X being equal to the remaining HP percentage. At start of battle being 100%, but if the Origin gets damaged, the percentage will fall)

-Khilipl Astrape: Raiten Taisou: Absorbing the full power of the Khilipl Astrape inside of its own body, the Origin Mk. 0 can greatly boost its attack power and its speed, enabling new attacks and systems. The visual way to identify this state is when the full frame is covered by an aura of energy, which generates electric discharges from time to time. (An ability that make the Origin go way faster? Enables the Raiten Taisou Illusion Attack and the Raisoku Shundou)

-Raisoku Shundou: After activating the Khilipl Astrape: Raiten Taisou, the Origin turns into a living mass of light that can travel at light speed, enabling both a fast attack and an evasive movement. (A bunshin, nothing more)

-Will Barrier: A powerful barrier emanated from the raw willforce the pilot of the Origin Mk. 0 has. It can protect against any kind of attack (Be it physical or energy-based) without fail. (AT Field?)
