ZSMU - 002 Gyuu

The second unit in the ZSMU series, the Gyuu unit is by far the most superior shield/protection unit among all. While known for its superior defense, the Gyuu unit is also known for its indomitable strength and supreme endurance. This unit is also known to be strong in not only Ground, but also under water.

Element: Earth [Regeneration Type]

Gyuu Specified Weapon: Hammer

- The head and the horn of the Gyuu unit (transformed) is turned into a two sided hammer after transformation. The two handed, unit-height hammer is one of the most strong and steady weapon among weapons of all unit, thus impossible to break through. Immune to shield break and/or shield pierce.

Unit Feature:

- Jade - Will : This system is universal on all ZSMU units.

- Jade - Adaptation: Gyuu is stubborn and refuses to give up. This aspect of the Jade - Knowledge directly affects the pilot, making the pilot extremely defensive in battle.

- Jade - Transformation: Gyuu can take an extremely defensive stance in its transformed form, and it can change into the transformed form when facing incoming attacks.

Dinstinctive Characteristic:

- Ox Fortress: This unit's transformed form allows Gyuu Unit to become a strong, formidable fortress that guards its comrades effectively. ("Change to" with damage reduction after transformation)

- Unbreakable Neck: Ox are known to be stubborn, and so is this one. You say you want it to change its idea? Sadly, it's not gonna happen that easily. It's going to stand in your way no matter you like it or not. But no. Seriously. When the Gyuu machine is first made, the researchers have found out that the unit's armor is unexpectedly sturdy, to the point that when they unleashed an attack similar to the strongest attack pattern of Taiga, the damage calculated was lower than 5%. Later, when the researchers dug into this mystery, they even found that the unit is able to repair itself with the special energy that Jade - Knowledge uses to maintain functional in a speed so fast that the armor is repaired almost instantly when it is damaged. It seems that the repair aspect is powered by the regenerating feature that Earth Element Units, such as Gyuu unit, has. (Inherent Damage Reduction. Unaffected by Armor break, and either HP Regen/Immune to Armor Pierce)

- Fieldwork: Ox are the hardest workers of all animals on a field. Under the feet of an ox, the driest land can be the most fertile piece of farm ever, and vice verse. Therefore, Gyuu is also known to have the ability to change the environment when the pilot concentrate in such thought enough. Only, however, that there is usually more destructive change in environment than productive. Terraforming, limited to Ground and Water Terrain and Templates

- Rock Head: Using its head (transformed) and its hammer as a shield, Gyuu unit specializes in blocking attacks. In fact, when this unit is made, the hammer and the head part of the unit is reinforced with another coat of armor in addition to the originally reinforced armor, simply to make sure that no matter how severe the incoming attack may be, the unit's head will still not be able to break. ~ Zodiac - Ox is stubborn as hell. It doesn't give up. It is also extremely hardworking. It spends a lot of effort in trying to keep itself intact as the shield and the wall of all the zodiac units against its opponents. It specializes in enhancing its pilot's ability to defend, block, uses shields, as well as channeling the majority of its AI function to defend against and negate attacks. Attacks:

"Gyuu" stomp: Gyuu Unit is the heaviest unit among all Z.S.M.U. units. Therefore, when Gyuu Units decides to, its stomps can easily creates large scale earthquakes that shakes its opponent. In contrary, nearby ally units who witness Gyuu unit's strength usually gets boost in morale as well, as they see that they have a strong ally around. Morale Boost

"Gyuu" Crash: As said before, Ox is strong and stubborn. Therefore, Gyuu unit's attacks are not flashy or tricky at all. It is simple, straightforward and extremely powerful. Gyuu Unit (Transformed) will charge at its opponent in full strength and full speed to tackle them down onto the ground with its head, when Gyuu Unit (Humanoid) will rush at its opponent with its hammer, which is also in the form of a bull head, and take them down with the overwhelming strength of the unit itself.

"Gyuu" Shatter Break: This is the strongest attack of the Gyuu unit, in that it utilizes both the transformed and humanoid form. The attack begins with Gyuu unit (Transformed)'s stomping on the ground, creating an area wide earthquake that breaks the earth underneath up. In doing so, the earth beneath Gyuu Unit erupts into tall and short earth plates that attacks Gyuu unit's opponents from below. When the opponent is thrown into midair, or is thrown into even higher in air than it was before, Gyuu Unit (Transformed) will transform into its Humanoid form, and, with its hammer in hand, Gyuu Unit (Humanoid) will charge at its opponent with the hammer via jumping on each plate to reach to the opponent, and, by concentrating most of its energy onto the hammer, strikes down its hammer upon the opponent, and brings the opponent down onto the ground. Finally, when the opponent lands on the groupd, Gyuu Unit (Humanoid) will hammer, once again, its weapon onto the opponent's core, and implant an explosive energy concentration onto the surface of the core. Then, Gyuu Unit (Humanoid) transforms again, and rushes away before the explosive energy concentration explodes and destroys the opponent from the core. Hissatsu. Barrier Pierce.

"Gyuu" Rampage: This is an ability that Gyuu unit uses to change the terrain of the battlefield to create benefits for the allies. By continuously hitting the hammer on the ground and fusing energy within the hammer into the ground, Gyuu unit (Humanoid) creates an earthquake around it and destroy the standing ground indiscriminately. By creating an earth shattering effect, the terrain is literarily broken down into flatlands, while as the rocks, dusts and muds become lethal weapon against members of nearby battlefield like how an earthquake will affect them. In addition, the newly created flatland now makes it possible for Gyuu unit to create a new terrain with his ability to change the environment. Map attack, if the initial terrain is ground based, the terrain is automatically changed into flatland after this attack is used.

ZSMU - 005 Ryou

The fifth unit of the Zodiac Summon Mechanical System, this unit built in tribute to the legendary creature is indeed the strongest among all 12 units. As dragon is known to be the symbol of king, this proud unit is also known for its unrivaled power of destruction and combat intelligence. This unit is also the only unit known that has been designed with direct reference to human culture and knowledge. It is also known to lack an ability to transform, as there is no real reference to the appearance of a real Dragon.

Element: Wood

Ryou Specified Fighting Style: Tiān lóng Style

- A style of fighting that scientists calculated and devised based on the most popular eagle-fist form styled fighting. By calculating the most effective moves among the set of kungfu forms, Jade - Will is able to provide pilots choices with attack that deals the greatest damage.

Ryou Specified Weapon: Dragon staff

- The dorsal fin that runs down Ryou Unit (Humanoid) Unit's back spine becomes a wooden-patterned staff that is incorporated into the fighting of Ryou Unit (Humanoid). The staff, although look wooden, is made from the finest metal that the scientist can find, and is equally strong and sturdy as any other unit's melee weapon.

- Jade - Will: Series Feature

- Jade - Knowledge: Ryou is the only unit among the ZSMU series that do not have a built-in Assistant. Its place is taken by, however, a replacement system: Ryou AI. According to legends, Ryou is an extremely aggressive deity creature that has a very high regenerating ability. In order to comply with the theme, the unit has been given a special armor that utilizes nano-machines for self repair purposes in the form of scale armors, sacrificing a portion of the speed that assault unit of its type, such as ZSMU 003 Taiga, has. These metallic scales of the unit are also designed to resist a great amount of damage, although not invulnerable. Its system, therefore, was developed with the mind of immortality and power to destroy one and all in battle. When Jade - Will is activated by the pilot manually, a message of termination is notified into the entire unit, thus increasing the output of the unit's attacking power and speed by an extreme amount. However, the system also do so in sacrifice of the pilot's wellbeing, including pilot concentration and, in worse cases, mental stability. In addition, this unit's system is one that was designed to activate automatically when the passive system "Jade" senses that the unit has taken a considerable amount of damage, or is in potential danger. This system will also activate automatically when a certain low point of % HP and/or % DP is reached.

- Jade - Adaptation - Unfortunately, there is not a specific DNA composition of Ryou that can be find in any state or form. The DNA that are injected into pilot of the Ryou Unit during combat are artificial creation of science and knowledge, thus extremely unstable. While at the same time the unit gains an extraordinary amount of speed and power, the pilot also runs an extremely high risk of attacking his teammate under the influence of the artificial DNA, as the DNA is creating confusion on the pilot's ability to differentiate and judge properly.

Attacks:

Yù Bèi Shì (Ready Form) - It is very important for anyone to understand that even the ready form of a style of kung fu could be damaging. Each and every form is devised to do something. In this case, the ready form is a basic form of positioning the unit's body to greet - by receiving the punch on the body's side, put a little twist to dislocate the wrist, and push it back out to the opponent, all while standing there doing nothing with the feet. In the sixth hit, Ryou Unit (Humanoid) retracts the staff, and pushes the staff out to the opponent's waist, the core of most monster's energy storage and output system, while twisting and spinning the staff with its wrist in high speed, forming a drilling effect on the core of the opponent, effectively shattering the most vital part of the enemy. Tiān Lóng Xiáng (Soar of the Sky Dragon) - The attack begins with a double slap on the opponent's jaws, which is usually where most unit's sonar, radar and sensor system is located. Then "Ryou" unit will grab the shoulder of the opponent and knee it in the waist, the core of most monster's energy storage and output system. After the kneeing attack, the bottom of the foot is dropped, and the foot is standing firmly, the unit will follow with a reverse body twist to create momentum. It will then bring its ankle down from as high as above the head diagonally down to the opponent's shoulder, bringing the opponent flat onto the floor with its high momentum and gravity principle. Lóng Zhēng (Conquest of Dragon) - A combo staff play by the Ryou Unit to deal damage to opponent through lowering opponent's defense and breaking through its armor. The attack begins with a undercut fist strike to the waist of the opponent, pushing the opponent's body up above the air. Ryou Unit (Humanoid) pushes the opponent further up in the air by striking another fist onto the chest plate of the opponent. It will then, by utilizing the boosters installed in its lower leg and beneath its feet, unevenly boost itself up to a level higher than the opponent. The height will provide room for the unit to grab the opponent, knee the opponent in the weakened chest plate with the stronger-boosted foot. Ryou unit will then bring out its staff through dragging out its dorsal fin, and strkes the opponent from top to bottom onto the ground via hitting the opposite side of the damage that the first undercut fist have striked. Ryou Unit (Humanoid) will then back away, and the staff beneath the surface ground will then pierce through the opponent's waist or where its core energy is located, and put the opponent unit up at midair. It will finally deliver a vital hit by draining the opponent's life source and energy away completely through the wooden surface of the staff. (Hissatsu, Barrier Pierce, Armor Pierce, HP Drain)


ZSMU - 006 Hebi

The sixth unit in the ZSMU system, the Hebi unit is one of the most versatile unit in terms of terrain. The natural element it is given, earth, also makes it possible to adapt to almost any terrains. It is designed specifically to hunt down and chase after opponents that dwells in water, underground, or any opponents that fights in terrains that other ZSMU units are not able to fight to its fullest potential. It is also the unit that spends most time in its transformed form.

Element: Earth

Hebi Specified Weapon: Whipsword

- The tail of Hebi Unit (transformed) become the whipsword that is used by Hebi Unit (Transformed). It is reinforced by magnetic field, which causes exponential damage to the system of an opponent unit when it hits the opponent's core, sensor, sonar, and anything that consist of data and information.

- Jade - Wu Xing

~ Terrain Adaptation - Jade - Snake is extremely adaptive. One of its strongest tactics is making use of the terrain to its advantage. By hiding and blending into the environment, and avoiding the specific negative aspects of the terrain that the unit is in. By adapting itself to the environment, Hebi is much more efficient than most other units in harsh terrains such as mountain and forest, as well as much harder to catch by enemies from its blend into the environment. Attacks:

Bite: Primary weapon of a snake is its teeth. Hebi Unit (Transformed) do not neglect such element. Hebi Unit (Transformed) has the ability to track down and damage its opponent in motion by biting. Through the biting, Hebi Unit is able to damage some of the electromagnetic field-governed system of the opponent, dealing internal damage to the unit system. An attack of similar effect is installed in Hebi Unit (Humanoid) as well. By striking the thin wire at the handle of the whipsword, Hebi Unit (Humanoid) is able to deal electromagnetic damage to data system through sending chaotic electron charges and obstruct the normal electrical signals passed through the processing system of the opponent. Venom shot: This is a move inspired by the ability of certain snakes that can shoot out venom from their mouth. Electron-intercepting microunits and micro-anti sonars are being stored in the form of missiles in the "mouth" part of the Hebi Unit (Transformed), which transferrs to the helmet of Hebi Unit (Humanoid). Designed as something similar to a close ranged defensive mechanism, this weapon can also be used aggressive as information-destructive unit. While it doesn't do much damage to the opponent unit when fired, it does have the ability to obstruct their sense and provide leeway for the Hebi Unit to get away, or destroy the information system installed in the opponent's unit enough that the mobility of the opponent is dragged down by a certain percent. Strangle: Hebi Unit (Transformed) utilizes its long body into great use, in a way extremely similar to real snakes. Hebi Unit (Transformed) quickly swim towards its prey, and wrap its body around the opponent as many rounds as possible. Then, it squeezes and constrict as much as possible, until either the unit is able to damage Hebi Unit (Transformed) enough to get out of the attack, or rendered into scrap metal because its core and piloting device is crushed into pieces. Hebi Unit (Humanoid) can achieve a similar result through thte use of its weapon, the whipsword. By flailing at and wrapping the wire that connect the sword blade arund the opponent, Hebi Unit (Humanoid) is able to strangle, and even decapitate, the opponent. Snake Dance: This attack focuses on a rapid movement of the Hebi Unit (Transformed) to confuse the opponent. As the Hebi Unit (Transformed) moves in a rapid irregular pattern, it will also detect opening of vital places on the opponent's mecha. As soon as it detects and calculates the correct degree, force and speed needed for it to render the enemy useless, it will attack in a series of rapid assault towards the opponent's vital places, hoping to deal the most amount of damage, and even disable the unit completely, as soon as the attack is over. This attack consists of several smaller individual attacks, but the pattern of attack is nicknamed snake dance. Transformed only

Snake whip: This attack utilizes the whipsword of the Hebi Unit (Humanoid) to unleash a series of damaging lashes and cuts onto the opponent's armor. While this might not be the most dangerous move that the Hebi Unit (Humanoid) has, it is a move that greatly weakens the opponent, as it would either damage the opponent's armor great enough for a direct hit of a final attack, or provide enough distance for the Hebi Unit (Humanoid) to escape if needed. Demonic Snake Dance [Whip]: This attack is a step up from snake whip. This attack aim specifically for the penetration of the opponent's armor or barrier (if any). In this attack, the whipsword at the tail of the snake is used primarily as a whip to wrap and strangle the opponent. The Hebi Unit (Transformed) will extend its tail into a long wire of whip that allows it to strangle its opponent, while the strongly reinforced blade on the whip serves as a shattering device. After the blade has shatter part, if not the whole, of the armor and/or barrier, the paralyzing venom is being sent from the blade itself directly to the central signal transmission station, creating a paralysis from the core of the opponent. Engulf: An attack that is only available for the transformed form of Hebi, this attack consists of the imitation of how snakes usually engulf its prey into its stomach and uses stomach enzymes to dissolve and break down most of its prey. Hebi (Humanoid) begins by attacking its opponent with quick and strong whipsword binding and weakening, and in the process paralyzing its prey if the whip sword ever comes in contact with its opponent. The attack are fast and multi directional due to the flexibility that the whip sword's whip component has given it. Afterward, Hebi transform into its transformed mode and attacks its opponent with an engulfing bite, its bite strong enough to crush through most armors. At the same time when the fangs of the Hebi (transformed) unit bites into the armor, the special armor-dissolving chemical will be ejected from the fangs, and destroys the armor from the inside out. Hissatsu, 2 parts. First part is X attack with paralysis tag, and second part is 1 hit, armor pierce, inflicting acid.

Hebi Unit (Prototype)

Mini versions of Hebi Unit. Hebi Unit, in its humanoid form, can summon several small prototype units that deals damage and analyzes opponent's movement pattern. These smaller prototypes are extremely small, standing at around 0.7 M each when its length is measured. Although they cannot deal half as much damage and does not have as much attack patterns as the mother unit due to its lack of a controlling Zodiac spirit, they can still be a nuisances. They are also much lighter and much faster than their mother unit.

These units have 3 primary ways of attacking:

Ram: Rushing towards its opponent and attacking its opponent by ramming its body unit towards the vital part of its opponent. Since the size of the unit is so small, in order to inflict any substantial damage, these Hebi unit (Prototype) will explode upon contact of these vital parts of their opponent, functioning in a way similar to suicidal bombs.

Bite: Simple attack that bites its opponent and inject the same chemical that the mother unit injects into its opponent.

Venom shot: Similar principal to the attack of the same name for its mother unit, this attack does not, however, inflict half as much damage to the unit due to the extraordinarily small unit size in comparison to its mother unit.

This made the little dream think. "I don't want to disappear. How can I make people dream me?"

The little dream thought and thought, and at last it had an idea. "I will make people come to me, by letting them make my world."

Welcome, Alice, to the world of dreams. Are you in for a game?

You are? Good.

Here, you can do whatever you want to create your own world. You are given a card, an assistant, and a trigger to aid you.

There are several other "Alices" out there in this world. They are all competing to make their perfect world. Your goal is to build the most perfect world among all of the "Alices", and whoever manage to build this world will be rewarded by having your one wish granted true. Any wish granted true.

Simple, right?

Now, for a little spice on top, let me tell you a special rule.

In the process, you may find other Alices. You may form alliances with them, but you may also challenge them and remove them from your path to the perfect world. This is where the card and the assistant comes in.

Alice's Rondo.

Under this rule, you may use your card and summon your Doll Guardion to be your aid. Your Doll Guardion will then fight for you at a small price. The winner gets to take the loser's card, and the loser is banished into the The Realm of Nightmares forever. Of course, the more suites you have, the easier it is to reach your goal for a perfect world in a short time. Easy, right?

Terminology in the World of Dreams

Alice - Individuals that are invited to the world of dreams. They are the avid player of a game known as "Alices' game". There are usually four individuals per game, and each person is symbolized by a suite in the playing cards. They also has the ability to summon a Doll Guardion that they are able to use for show-downs between Alices.

Doll Guardion - Despite its name, Doll Guardion are huge mechanical units in the form of a Human-shaped mechanical frame. Standing about 10 to 12 Meters tall, these mechanical "doll" frames are combat-used frames controlled by Alice from within for "Alice's Rondo". They are generally only visible to participants of the Alice Game. However, under circumstances, they are also visible to all individuals in the dream world. It is unknown about how the unit is powered, except by a mysterious spiritual power that creates the World of Dream. It is also noted that most of the time, Doll Guardions reflect the physical state of the controller of it. These units are generally automatically summoned by the said spiritual power when two cards meets each other and an Alice's Rondo is being declared, although individual Alices who know about their existence can summon them at will.

Card - The symbol of qualification as an existent Alice. It is also the key to the summon of Doll Guardion in a game of "Alices' Rondo". Each card is a meter of measuring the success of an Alice in the World of Dream. When the vibrancy of the color in the face determines the success of an Alice in creating her world, the shade on the back of the card measures the virtue (or lack there of) of an Alice. It is said that when the face of the card held by one of the Alice has a pure colored Ace of his suite on it, the game is over and he is declared as the winner. However, it is unknown how the back of the card factors into the game.

Suite - Symbols that marks the achievement of each Alice throughout the game. Each Alice is assigned one suite at the beginning of the game. Spade symbolizes Noble Honor; heart symbolizes Selfless Love; diamond symbolizes Fair Creativity and clover symbolizes Honest Purity. It also seem that the suite themselves have something to do with the Alices' respective Doll Guardion, but the connection remains unknown.

Alice no Rondo - Duels between Alices as an alternative route to achieve victory in the Alices' Game. This showdown occurs in the World of Dream when two Alices meets with each other and hosts hostile feeling to each other. By declaring Alice no Rondo, each Alice summons their own Doll Guardion that they pilots to fight against each other. Alice no Rondo are generally extremely destructive, and more often than not, ends in a draw.

Death - Death do not exist in the world of dreams for the Alices. The only way that an Alice is considered dead is when the Alice is defeated in an Alice no Rondo and sent to the Realm of Nightmares. If the physical body of an Alice is defeated, the Alice emerges as a spiritual form that can possess another medium such as a doll or another person. Therefore, it is possible to have an Alice remaining in the game even if the Alice is killed in her physical body but not in an Alice no Rondo. However, if the Alice is killed in her physical body in the world of dreams, she will never wake up in the physical world - reality.

This Time's Alices

Ruby

Suite: Spade

Virtue: Honor

Doll Guardion: Blade

Element: Fire

Location: Imprisoned in the Forest of Clover.

Life Status: Unknown

Ruby of Spade, when she first came to the world of dreams, was a courageous, honorable swordswoman. She has been exercising her swordsmanship in the name of justice and honor, until she realized one day that by exercising this justice upon others, she herself was committing sins that cannot be justified by her own code of honor. While conflicting, she also finds pleasure derived from the sin that she commits. As she tries to solve the conflict between her belief and her code, she continues to indulge herself in the pleasure of murder. Before long, Ruby of Spade has gained a reputation of being a ruthless, bloodthirsty swordswoman - a fallen knight - in the world of dreams. Being hit by this new, irreversible reputation, Ruby of Spade completely abandons her justice and honor, and fully accepts the darkness in herself.

Now no longer caring about her reputation or codes of honor, Ruby of Spades loses her patience and resort to violence easily. Letting her rage and fighting instinct overtake her, Ruby of Spade tend to slice those around her ruthlessly and indifferently. In many cases, these people she slices can include friend and foe.

Previous Contact with Other Alices:

Ruby was originally invited by Queen of Clover, Alice of Emerald, to her castle. Knowing that this Queen will be in her way, Ruby have accepted the invitation and began to travel to where the castle was located. For a short period of time, Ruby has been traveling with a pair of young, lovely, innocent twins, not knowing their identity. She taught the older of the two about swordsmanship, and the younger of the two about the basis of alchemy in the World of Alice. However, when they were suddenly attacked by a group of bandit at the border of Clover State, and Ruby saw the half piece of Golden-Heart Ace in the pocket of one of the twins, Ruby was overtaken by her rage of feeling betrayed, and pulled her sword against everyone around her. As a result of the berserk, Ruby killed all the bandits that tried to assault them, and along with the bandits, the younger twin of the Topaz Alices.

Using Ruby's slaughter as an excuse, Queen Clover quickly takes action, and imprisoned Ruby into the deepest part of the Forest of Clover, where she imprisons every other person that ever defied her. It seems that many unspeakables happen in this deepest green forest, that nobody is ever able to find the ins and outs of the forest except for the queen herself. As a result, nobody has ever heard of the current situation about Ruby since then.

Sapphire

Suite: Diamond

Virtue: Passion

Doll Guardion: Rose

Element: Water - Ice

Location: Wandering around Outskirts of Valley of Sky.

Life Status: Deceased/Spiritualized

Sapphire of Diamond is a man of music. He passionately create and sing his songs. His songs are also very well-loved, for they are as beautiful and clear as his name - sapphire. However, when Sapphire realizes that his songs can easily move people's emotion and even persuade them to do as he wishes, he begins to use his song for his own purpose. The song that he sings begins to weave a world of madness and lures people who listen to it into this world. As he passionately sings about this depressingly crazy world, the man himself also begins to dissolve into this world that he sings about. He starts to see illusions of the world as how the world of dream is, and he begins to lose his sight of the once pure and passionate music that he creates. Even though his listener do not sense this difference, the musician is driven insane by this change in his songs and his inability to stop the change.

Eventually driven up a corner by the change, Sapphire used his pistol and took his own life. However, this did not get him anywhere. He remained in the world of dream as a spiritual being. This form change pushed Sapphire of Diamond into the abyss of despair, until he finally sees a light of hope in his songs again.

"If I cannot make my insane self disappear, I can simply just turn the world into a madness of blue. Then I will be sane again!"

With that goal in mind, Sapphire of Diamond continues to sing about this blue world of madness, and create his own cult in the valley of Sky, until an invitation is sent from the Queen of Clover to him.

Previous Contact with Other Alices:

Sapphire of Diamond has not been in contact with any other Alices, until he receives an invitation from the Queen of Clover to her castle.

Emerald

Location: Castle of Clover

Life Status: Alive.

Emerald of Clubs came into the world of Dream with all the love and adoration that she could ever have from everyone around her. She is a charming lady, and her personality is extremely lovable and warming to all those around her. Before long, Emerald found herself surrounded by people who are willing to do anything for her, among which most are of the male gender. She can have all the jewels in the world, as long as she asks for it.

At first, Emerald was humble. She wasn't sure whether she was worthy of everyone's almost-crazed adoration of her. However, as her followers and admirers grow, her gift piles manipulates, and her words more and more powerful to people, she finds that there is no need for her to be humble. Regardless of how she declines what she is given, they will still remain at her doorsteps. She begins to accept these presents and adoration naturally, as if they were meant for her. Even though Emerald's personality and action begins to change, nobody really paid much attention to it. Instead, they become even more crazy for her. Among all followers, there is even an alchemist who gave her all of his power and studies in the form of a spell, and granted her all of his life-long studies overnight. In order to make sure that these followers stay loyal to her, Emerald begins to practice this alchemy, and specializes in the methods to charm an opposite sex, since men are where all of her power and influence stems from.

Eventually, the followers of Emerald grew so big, that Emerald was able to build a state from it. She ordered a castle to be built, a crown to be made, and a court to be organized. Within the next week, a country named Clover is built. It is a small state of land, but it has everything that you need for a country, including a castle and a deep, deep forest.

Emerald, who has crowned herself as the Queen, now sits in the castle and command this tiny country at whim. There is not a single person, regardless of gender, who will defy her bidding. The queen is too charming and lovable to be denied anything in the world. She is so loved, actually, that when someone voices any words of defy, they will immediately be dragged into the deep forest behind the castle by the spirituals from the forest. Little did they know, that these spirituals were actually work of the Queen's alchemy.

Now that the queen has gotten her "perfect" world, she has one wish to be granted, that none of her people can give her - an eternal life. To have this wish granted, she needs to eliminate those that may destroy her ideal world. The other Alices.

It was then when a traveling fortune-teller told her about all of the other Alices that existed in the world. It was just perfect for the Queen to know.

The Queen sent an invitation to all of the Alices around the World of Dream, inviting them all to her palace. She did not expect the Alices of Toapz and the Alice of Ruby would be traveling together, that she sent some of her men, dressed up as bandits, to attack the Alices of Topaz. Her men were killed by the Alice of Ruby, but along with that, the Queen has been able to eliminate Alice of Topaz as well. Furthermore, she was able to capture Alice of Ruby using this incident as an excuse. Now all she has to do is wait for Alice of Sapphire to appear in front of her, and kill them both at once to gain her eternal life.

Previous Contact with other Alices:

Although Emerald's invitation is the start of the real Alice game, she has not been in touch with any of the Alices physically yet. Even for Alice of Ruby whom she captured, Emerald has never met her physically.

Topaz

Suite: Hearts

Virtue: Innocence

Doll Guardion: Mirror

Element: Wind - Lightning

Location: Traveling Circus

Life Status: Alive/Deceased

Hearts of Topaz, unlike all the other Alices, are two people. They are a pair of twins who accidentally stumble upon the world of dream together. Originally, the elder twin sister was the only person who was invited, until she split her heart of Ace into two halves, and demanded one half to be given to her younger brother, stating that she would not go anywhere without the other. The Dream, with no other choice, decided that she could have it the way she wanted.

In comparison to all the others, their way of living in the World of Dream is actually... very simple. They resided in a corner of a forest, and had tea every day in the rose garden. They quickly became friends the animals in the forest, and enjoyed their every minute in the World of Dream. It was, indeed, the best world that they could ever created for themselves. In fact, their world was so ideal and harmless, that the dream almost declared them winner, until a letter of invitation has been sent from the Emerald castle to them.

Previous Contact with other Alices:

Not entirely sure what Queen Emerald wanted, nor the fact that she was an Alice, the twins decided to pay the Queen a visit. On the way, they met Spade of Ruby and traveled alongside with her, as they were heading towards the same destination. On the way of their travel, the elder lady, neither of them knowing each others' identity as Alices, taught the two self defense arts. She taught the smart younger brother Alchemy, and the stubborn, brave older sister swordsmanship. She has also given the older sister a pair of topaz dagger that the younger brother can cast a spell on to enhance, as well as a book of alchemy to the younger brother that allows the older sister to thrust effects of spell into the opponent. In a short period of time, the elder lady has turned the twins into young, but formidable fighters. The three were enjoying their time together, too, until the group of bandits attacked them.

Alongside the elder swordswoman, the two fought gallantly. However, for some reason, when the younger twin's half piece of Ace of Heart was dropped out of her pocket, the swordswoman suddenly turned furious against them. She turned her sword against them, and killed the younger brother in 1 clean cut of her blade. The older sister was almost killed as well, had it not been the spell cast of illusion that the younger brother casted at the swordswoman before he died.

The elder sister, after the tragedy, cried and cried and cried over her younger brother's death. She loved him so much, that she couldn't think of a life without him. She almost killed herself from her desperation, until she heard of a hope from a traveling fortune-teller.

With the hint from the fortune-teller, the older twin was able to find her younger brother's stray spirit, and recollected it into a spiritual doll.

After telling her younger brother what exactly happened to him, the younger brother was furious. He cursed the swordswoman who killed him, and the Queen who brought them out of their ideal world to begin with. He wanted vengeance. He wanted everyone in the Alice game to burn in the abyss of Nightmare.

The elder sister, on the other hand, was in pain to see that her brother bear such a strong hatred. She wanted to fix this, and return everything to how it was before they set their feet outside of the forest. She couldn't bare for her younger brother to be so hateful to everyone, or the fact that she could not physically touch and feel his warmth. She wanted him to come back to live.

With two different goals in mind, the twins traveled together as a pair to their path of chasing after a slim hope of having their wish granted. They are currently traveling with a traveling circus, where the elder sister learns and does tricks with daggers. At the same time, she was also introduced to rapier, which she quickly picked up and chose as her main weapon instead of the daggers, as they reminded her and her brother too much of the person who killed him.

Joker/Cheshire

The medium of the collective thoughts of the Dream, Joker travels around the world as a fortune-teller, and pushes the game of Alices forward. He strings everything together, and create things that would be "interesting" when he sees the need for it. He was the person who suggested the idea of invitation to the Emerald Queen. He was also the person who told all the Alice about Alice no Rondo and the one wish they can make, as well as the elder sister of Topaz of Hearts where to find her younger brother.

This time's Doll Guardions

Doll Guardions are units that the card of each Alices turns into in Alice no Rondo. Each Guardion is a reflection of the Alice herself, and is powered by a specific virtue. The color and the ability of each Guardion is a direct reflection of the state of the specific virtue in the controller himself.

Doll Guardions are generally 10 M tall mechanical combat-purpose units powered by a mixture of physical structure and Spiritual Energy. Their main fuel of energy are converted from a mixture of kinetic energy and heat energy generated by the environment that they can regain overtime by absorbing them from the surrounding. This, in turn, allow an extended amount of combat time, as well as the unleash of extremely powerful move continuously. Inherent small EN Regen on all of the units

Doll Guardions are generally not visible by the people of the World of Dreams. However, if the controller wishes so, it is possible for Guardions to be visible when outside of Alice no Rondo. Due to the rarity to see these units of 10 M tall, Doll Guardions are usually seen as the guardians of Divinities. As a result, they become part of the reason why Sapphire and Emerald can create a cult and a country for themselves so easily.

The color of the Doll Guardions are generally the best indication of the level of the specific virtue that each of the Doll Guardions are powered by. Generally, if the unit is piloted by positive amount of virtue of a unit, the color of the unit will be vibrant in the color of the suite of the card. Vice versa, if the unit is powered by a virtue that the controller has the least of, the unit will become duller, and eventually a tone of black.

Blade of Crimson Spades

Weapon of Choice: Blade

Background: Blade of Crimson Spades takes its from from the virtue 'honor'. It wields a heavy sword that seems to be a hybrid between a heavy claymore and a knight's word. It also takes the form of a knight. It is the heaviest unit among all Alices' Doll Guardion.

Bloody Claymore - Blade of Crimson Spades has a unique sword. The sword is a sword that is combined from 3 parts - one 2 M spiritual reinforced heavy sword handle, and two 5.5 M single-sided dual wield blades. The sword can separate and recombine into a long, two-sided blade-staff that allows long-ranged attacks. When combined, the sword can be used as shield to defend against attacks. Due to the heavy reinforcement that was placed onto the body of the blade, the blade is extremely hard to break through as shield. Its durability is also much higher than any other shield that can be wielded by a Doll Guardion. Main Weapon. Can also be used as a Heavy Shield.

Knight's Flame Armor - Blade of Crimson Spades, like any other Knight, has inherited a very thick and durable layer of armor. Although the armor has slowed the movement of the unit down, the armor has provided the unit with a layer of protection before an attack lands on the unit itself and causes substantial damage. This armor is also enhanced by the unit's fire element, which burns whatever physical that touches the armor. Inherent Damage reduction + DMG to those who attack with non [+] attacks

Sinner's Demise - Rumors has it that, when a person is trapped in the Forest controlled by the Queen, the person is always under a torturous mental illusion that his body and mind is torn apart each and every minute for the "sins" that he has committed against the Queen. It seems that the plants that were planted in the forest are the sources of this illusion. As Ruby is also trapped in the forest, this rumored mental hallucination seem to also have affect her, and reflected in the unit. Unlike any other Doll Guardion, Blade of Crimson Spades is a combination of multiple body parts. When the controller is under the assumption that s/he is being torn apart by an attack, the unit will also correspond to this assumption and separate the unit into several parts. However, due to the contradiction between the controller's thought and that the controller is not literarily torn apart, the unit will then use the connected flow of spiritual energy channeled through the unit to forcibly rejoin together into a unified entity. This, when not healthy to the controller mentally, allows the unit to be separated into different body parts in order to evade attacks made to destroy the unit. Also, after a while when the controller realizes that s/he is only under an engraved illusion, s/he can turn this ability into offense, and initiate attacks from each of these separated parts. By turning the spiritual energy channeled through the entire unit into flame-element spiritual energy and manipulate the flow of these special spiritual energy, Blade of Crimson Spades is able to separate into different parts of the body to initiate a series of attacks. Open Body + separated body attacks after a few evo points.

Crimson Ace of Spade - When the 'Honor' virtue of the controller is high, the unit's color will be a vibrant, flame red. In this form, the virtue of Honor is converted into a energy that channels through the unit to strengthen the armor of the unit as a representation of the iron-strength of Honor in knighthoods and justice. It will also become a form of energy coating on the armor that nullify a high magnitude of damage made against the unit. Additional Armor reduction and inherent DMG negation from Armor

Black Ace of Spade - In contrary, when the 'Honor' virtue of the controller is at the negative level, the unit's color will be pitch black. Instead of boosting defense, the energy converted from the virtue of Honor becomes a raw energy for pure aggression and violence. A unit channeled by this negative virtue energy will display a much higher performance than normal in all of its offensive department, including attack power and accuracy. It will also be able to dodge faster due to the heightened maneuver output as a side bonus from heightened accuracy. In exchange of this illogical boost of power, however, the sanity of the pilot will slowly be eaten away. Due to the highly negative energy channeled through the unit, and the nature of the unit as a body representation of the pilot himself, the negative energy will also affect the controller himself and eventually puts him through insanity. Disable the first mode, and inherent extremely high DMG +, ACC + and moderate DC -. Needs to pay SP to upkeep.

Sinner's insanity - Blade of Crimson Spades, evolving purely from its controlling Alice, also has a tendency of losing the line between its friends and foe. By forgoing this line and fusing all anger and hatred within each and every hit that it does, the unit is able to perform with much higher damage output and accuracy. It also has a much higher maneuver performance due to its heightening overall unit output. However, by forgoing the ability to distinguish for raw instincts, the unit also suffers from attacking both friends and foe, in which its controller did not really care much about, as she only wishes to destroy everything in her path. Some sort of Berserker ability. Berserker II System, ideally.

Her Blade

The element that Ruby's blade was the Fire Element. Attacks dealt by Blade of Crimson Spade are generally physically strong. However, sometimes her attacks are also attached with the fire attribute and executed through manipulation of the spiritual power generated from Honor, resulting in possible permanent damage on the opponent units that received damage from this unit.

Bloody Slash - Basic swinging attacks done by the heavy blade that Crimson Spade carries around. Although this is the most basic attack, it can still cause a lot of harm due to the heaviness of the blade itself and the wielder's strength. Basic attack. Stronger than most melee cc attacks, this attack is too heavy to be cc'ed. However, it can be used to countercut

Flame Crash - One simple overhead swing from the top of your shoulder to your lower hip, this attack may seem nothing but heavy and dodge-able. However, via the manipulation of the spiritual energy throughout the unit, the flame element is attached to the blade, so that when the opponent is hit with this attack, the spiritual power of Honor will be transferred as a spell onto the opponent's inner armor to ignite the unit from inside out. Burn attack

Crimson Dance - The heavy claymore of the unit separates into three parts. The 2 meter heavy-sword handle will be dropped and stored away at the unit's waist area, when the two 5.5 meter single handed sabers will be used as the main weapon of the sword. Interchanging between physical control and control via the flame element, the unit attacks its opponent by continuously slashing its opponent at one specific vital location, eventually slashing through the opponent's armor and into pieces. F attack

Bloody Claymore of Hatred - Upon the initial attack, the heavy claymore that the unit wield will first separates into the three component that it is composed of- a 2 meter heavy-sword handle, and two 5.5 meter single handed sabers. By channeling some of the energy from the unit to control the movement of the pair of sabers through the manipulation of fire, the unit is able to use the sabers as separate attacking entities. The unit will first charge forth with the 2 meter sword handle, which now has a long blade-shaped flame as its blade instead, and stabs the blade towards its opponent. The pair of saber will then add onto the attack by slashing the opponent separately from two sides from top corner to opposite bottom corner, as the unit retreats in distance. The unit will then pulls the sword out, and retract both blades, combine them all back into a single claymore, jumps up, and stabs the opponent through from the very center of the unit's skull, causing the unit to rip into parts. Combo attack, maybe?

Sinner's Endless Demise - An attack that utilize the ability of Blaze of Crimson Spade to separate into separate unit components. By separating the unit into several parts, the unit will enhance its body armor with the flame attribute. It will then crashes onto its opponent from different direction with all of the separate parts in a pattern similar meteor rain. Due to the randomness of the pattern and the heaviness of the unit parts, the attack is highly damaging when it hits the opponent. Also, due to the fire attribute of the attack, an opponent unit hit by this attack will suffer minimal continual damage on its armor from the burn. Similar to Gundam Turn X's bloody seige. Burn. Spiritual Power. Evo Locked.

Retribution from the Fallen - An attack that utilizes all of Blade of Crimson Spade's special feature, this attack can be considered as the most powerful attack combo that this Doll Guardion can unleash. Similar to the beginning of its sword [continuous] attack, upon the initial attack, the heavy claymore that the unit wield will first separates into the three component that it is composed of- a 1 meter heavy-sword handle, and two 5.5 meter single handed sabers. The unit will first charge forth with the 1 meter sword handle, which now has a long-shaped flame as its blade instead, and stabs the blade towards its opponent. The twin sabers will then stabs through the opponent's unit through both sides of its chest and pins it down onto a surface, as the flame sword in Blade of Crimson Spade stabs further into the unit until even the sword handle is dug into the armor of the opponent unit. The unit will then quickly retreat in distance, and separate into its several components. Then, the unit will, using the dug-in sword handle as the center of unit recomposition, recombine into one single unit. Since the jointing of the different parts of the unit is powered by the virtue Honor in the shape of fire, the unit parts will engulf its opponent into a flame pattern of "大". When the circle is completed, the area that the unit has enclosed will be overloaded with said energy. The unit will then stabs her blade deep into the ground of the center of the circle to unleash the burst of energy in a way similar to the principal of bursting a bubble. The fire-element energy will create a outspread of explosion around Blade of Crimson Spade, and engulf anyone near the circle into the explosion. Due to the impact of the highly charged map, most units that comes into contact with this explosion, if not dead, are usually left immobilized for several seconds before they can recover their function. Rose of Azure Diamonds

Weapon of Choice: Dual Wield Pistol

Background: Rose of Azure Diamonds takes its energy from the virtue 'passion'. It wields two short, underhanded silver pistols. It also has a built-in sound broadcaster that has an ability to change sound waves into substantial energy output in combat as both offensive and defensive mechanism. The unit's design resembles a bard. However, as the Doll Guardion also reflects the physical state of the controller, the unit also has an ability to disappear as invisible, pure Energy form occasionally.

Emissary of the Crazy Blue World - Rose of Azure Diamond's design bases mainly around using songs and words as its weapon instead of guns and swords. The internal structure of Rose of Azure Diamonds, by the manipulation of Spiritual Power, becomes a system that takes energy from the virtue of "Passion" in order to convert the songs into utilities that can affect its listeners easier than usual, especially on stages such as that of a battlefield, as, unlike other Alices, Sapphire uses this Doll Guardion to broadcast his Blue World to the general people in the World of Dreams. Like any other singers however, Rose of Azure Diamond is capable of sing any other kind of songs given to it. Sound Energy System

Bard's Stage - Rose of Azure Diamonds' song has physical property to them due to the unit's broadcaster located at the feet of the unit. The broadcasters are usually used by Sapphire to broadcasts his songs to everyone in sight for the purpose of spreading his mad world.

Blessing of Songs - The soundwaves can also be converted into kinetic energy that forms a barricade between the unit and another physical identity, and prevents an attack made by another unit to even come close to the physical form of Rose of Azure Diamonds. Sound Barrier

Ghost Emissary- Due to the now half-spiritual state of the controller's body, Rose of Azure Diamond sometimes diminishes into thin air when it is attacking or when it is being attacked. While this may not be convenient to the controller himself, this becomes extremely useful in combat, because the half-spiritualized body of the unit confuses its opponent as to where to aim. This body state also provides Rose of Azure Diamond to disappear completely from sight and from senses when an attack is launched at it from time to time, thus evading the attack. When the controller of the unit contains a high level of this virtue, the unit will reflect the same level of performance. At this stage, the unit will appear in the color of a clear, sapphire blue. When the unit is affected by a passionate Alice, Rose of Azure Diamond's song are more impacting and easily accepted. However, as a result, the impact songs also become much more powerful due to their nature to mean to pull out the most negative and deepest darkness within people. His Songs

Rose of Azure Diamonds is capable of singing songs other than his own, as he is a bard. However, he himself has also written a few songs for himself to sing.

- Rose of Azure Diamonds sings of a song about an honorable King who went crazy for his beloved diva. The song tends to draw tears to those who sympathize with the Diva, and pity the king who was blinded by blood. It also gets those who listens to it to reflect on how crazy the world in the song can be, and work harder to prevent the world they are in from turning into one that is described in the song.

- Rose of Azure Diamonds sing a twisted song that tells of the ugly truth of romance. The people who listens to this song tends to shiver upon how ugly the so-called love can be, and thus begins to doubt those around them who loves them, and begins to be restless and nervous among their allies. As a result, they cannot attack half as effectively, nor can they receive their allies' support half as much as they usually do. After all, doubt and distrust can be extremely damaging to team work.

- Yami no Ou - For a change, the bard has written a song telling the tale of a silly vampire. Although the ending of the vampire was sad, the way that the song is sung is so witty, that the people who listened to this song couldn't stop laughing at the miserable vampire lord's experience. For those who did not notice the sadness behind the silliness of the vampire, the song makes them happy and more motivated. For those who notices the sadness of the vampire, however, usually is frightened by the carefreeness of the way that the bard sings about it, thus fears the Rose of Azure Diamonds from the bottom of their hearts.

There are rumors that said that this is a metaphor that tells others about the history of the bard, but nobody knows. The only thing that was known is that when this song is sang, it is so sad that it can easily crush the hearts of those who listens to it. People become unmotivated to fight or to even move, completely absorbed into the sad tale of the ogre and the blind village girl.

- The song that Rose of Azure Diamond sings about the world that the they are currently in. This is the song used to lure people into the world of madness. With help from a lone traveler, this song written by Sapphire literate the stories of all the four Alices. People who listen to this song is usually terrified by the twisted adventure of the four Alices in the world, causing them to be confused about the world that they are living in, and thus unable to concentrate on anything around themselves except for the truthfulness of the world.

Guns

- Whisper of Betrayal - Rose of Azure Diamonds aims his gun at the opponent and pulls his trigger 5 times, each time aiming the same place. By aiming the weakest part of the armor whenever he shoots, the unit is able to dig the bullet as close to the core as possible. The controller who was hit, when relaxed after he realized that the hit did not do much damage, will start to hear voices in his head that whispers words into him about his allies betraying him. He will also begin to see illusions of his allies smiling wickedly at him, speaking of words such as sacrificing him for the victory, or loathing him for being the person who can do the least in the team. As the illusions are formed from the darkest part of the opponent controller's heart, they tend to be dead-on and extremely influential. When the controller is driven up the edge by this feeling of being betrayed, Rose of Azure Diamonds will again whisper words, convincing the controller to, in order to save himself, start attack his allies. Attack that gives an opponent berserker.

- Whisper of Perfection - Rose of Azure Diamonds aims his gun at all of the opponent unit, and fires at each and everyone of them to form a circle that allows him to broadcast his voice and illusions. The bullets act as an extremely strong amplifier for the voice of Rose of Azure Diamonds as he speaks to all of the people in his reach. He speaks of a world that is perfect for everyone, a perfectly sane world where everyone is free to do whatever their heart desires without being punished, a world of freedom where no restriction will ever be placed. His words tends to lure people to lower their defenses against him, and, in many occasions, even convinces them to become his follower to chase after the perfect world he mentioned.

- Whisper of Death - Rose of Azure Diamonds disappears into thin air momentary, and reappear inches away from the opponent mecha. He will then push his pistol right up against the bottom of the opponent's jaw, and fires his pistol. The opponent unit will not suffer substantial damage physically, but the controller of the opponent unit will begin to see illusion of himself being shot at by different people, all dear to him. The illusion is enhanced with the whisper of the Rose of Azure Diamond's words, whispering the words such as "Instead of suffering through this betrayal, wouldn't you want to take your own life first~?" Eventually, the opponent controller would suffer enough, that, by the guide of Rose of Azure Diamond from behind, the opponent unit will kill itself using its own weapon, before he is really killed by those dear to him as displayed in the illusions.

- Annunciation of A Crazy World - This is one of the attack that Rose of Azure Diamonds executes himself. It is also an attack that he uses deliberately to make his opponent feel what he felt when he killed himself. Rose of Azure Diamonds lets out a hysteric laugh as he says "Red. RED. RED. Did you know that blood, when splattered, are a sea of red!? Did you know!? Can you see it!?" He then picks up the pistol, and fires the pistol off aiming at his temple. His unit will then explode into pure spiritual power that then turns into shape of numerous bullets that aims at each and every foe. As soon as the bullet hits the opponent unit, the opponent controller will then hear the voice again, saying the same exact sentence he just said. The opponent controller will then see scenes of himself being torn apart by horses, betrayed and shot at by friends, eaten by mystical creatures, and all other sort of blood-splattering scenes, one after another, until the opponent is driven insane by these sceneries within the core. Rose of Azure Diamonds will then reappear from behind the opponent unit, and a spiritual form of the controller will appear from behind the controller. These two will do the same thing: they will first put their left forearm around the opponent's neck, slowly picking them up from the ground, and put the mouth of the pistol in their right hand right next to the temple of the unit and the controller. Words will then be whispered into the mind of the opponent controller: "Can you see the red? Can you see the pain? Don't worry, I will show you if you can't. I am sure you can see it after this. Then you can enjoy the red just as much as I do." And with another hysterical laugh, the unit fires the pistol. This time, however, as the bullet enters the temple of the opponent unit, the bullet takes the physical form and shoots into the opponent's head. Then, as soon as the bullet is shot through the head and out from the head, the bullet turns into a splatter of ice instead of blood, forming a crystallite shaped pillar from the bullet hole. The crystallite then quickly freezes the opponent unit up into an ice statue, as Rose of Azure Diamond travels its way away from the unit, turns around, and aim with his pistol again. "Bang!" He shoots, and shatters the ice statue completely into bits and pieces of ice, along with its crazed controller. Hissatsu.

Throne of Ivy Clubs

Weapon of Choice: Crosier + Shield

Background: Throne of Ivy Clubs takes its energy from the virtue 'love'. As they say that love is an emotion stronger than anything, the Throne of Ivy Clubs holds a authoritative Crosier in its left hand, and a formidable Shield. The crosier is the main weapon used to cast attacking spells, when the shield is enhanced by alchemy to repel any harm from the throne itself. Taking the form of a goddess, Throne of Ivy Clubs is not extremely heavy in comparison to Blade of Crimson Spades, but it is the most indestructible Doll Guardion in this Alice Game.

- Throne of Ivy Clubs' Crosier is a staff that has a reversed half-moon at its tip. It is designed to amplify the spiritual energy from its controller in order to cast the extremely destructive spells that is engraved within the Crosier. It is unknown how many spells are engraved within the Crosier, but it is certain that each of them are, to a certain extend, extremely detrimental. All non-physical/non-basic attacks from this unit can be enhanced by pilot's Spiritual Power boost

Majestic Aegis - Throne of Ivy Clubs' Shield is also enhanced alchemically. It has the ability to absorb light and convert said light as energy for both the unit itself. The light it collected can also be compressed into pure, heat concentrated energy that destroys everything this light falls upon by melting everything away. As the shield is a collector plate for energy, by channeling some energy into the engraved magic cycle at the back of the shield, the shield is able to neutralize a high amount of damage before the attack actually makes through it to deal damage. Due to the nature of the enhancement, the shield is especially strong against non-physical attack, as well as magical based attacks. In addition, by the use of alchemy, Throne of Ivy Clubs is able to teleport its shield from one place to another to either protect a part of its body, another person, or even initiate attack. Shield with negation power, alongside the ability to be used as an attacking weapon and shared to allies. EN Regen.

Eternal Youth - Due to Emerald's fear of growing old, Throne of Ivy Clubs is always regenerating and repairing itself through the channel of the virtue energy. Due to the units being energy based, by channeling the energy throughout the entire unit's surface, any damage dealt onto the unit is quickly recovered via the channeled energy's quick supply. Spell Breaker - The knowledge that Emerald had of Alchemy is an accumulation of years and years of work of a obsessed Alchemist. When the alchemist gave her all his knowledge, he has also given her every single piece of information that he has of spells, magic circles, and spiritual energy itself. Voodoo Nightmare - Throne of Ivy Clubs summons spiritual beings known as Nightmares to do its bidding. Most of the times, these spiritual beings are the main way for the unit to attack an opponent. However, it is also very often that Throne of Ivy Clubs uses them as an illusion of her to evade attacks that are dealt to her. By carrying a certain amount of small voodoo dolls around with her, the controller is able to, via the Crosier, cast an illusion spell on the doll to take the form of the unit, and attach it to a Nightmare. The Nightmare will then take a physical form, and will look exactly like the Throne of Ivy Clubs. This dummy will then be attacked and destroyed by the opponent, only for the opponent to see the sliced up doll and realize that the physical unit is but a decoy, when the real Throne of Ivy Clubs has already bought enough time for a counterattack.

Her Majesty's Charm - Throne of Ivy Clubs function on the virtue 'Love'. A part of this 'Love' in the world of Emerald exists as an irrational, magically enhanced charm. This charm exists even in Throne of Ivy Clubs. However, like her controller, Throne of Ivy Clubs can only charm that of the opposite gender. In this case, she can only charm men. Not that she needed anything else to confuse them and make them kill each other, after all. If there is ANY WAY to put that as a unit ability, it'd be great.

Black Clubs of Ace- The true value of the virtue of 'Love' is always revealed when a person is in a bind. In this case, Emerald do not have the honest virtue of 'Love' that she ought to have. Even though she is the most rational Alice after the Younger Brother of Alice of Topaz, when Emerald is pushed into a corner, her virtue of love turns into fear extremely quickly. Her Crosier

The element that the Queen of Emerald is paired with was Plants of Earth element. However, the Queen herself prefers to use a specific Heat-concentrated light spell in attacking. The light spell becomes the major attack spell in Throne of Ivy Clubs instead of the Plant element. Although the unit is capable to attack with its crosier in close range, the Queen prefers to sit back and summon paladin-shaped spiritual beings to attack for her. These spiritual beings are always around the Queen as either an aura or energy, and generally invisible until the Queen let them so. They are the shadows that the Queen's people sees who takes rebellious citizens away, thus nicknamed "Nightmares". The Queen is also able to attack with her shield by manipulating teleportation spells. The attacks of the Queen may not be as flashy as some other Alices' attacks, but they are definitely the crueler ones.

Nightmare

Nightmares are armored spiritual beings that looks like paladins who are riding horses. They generally wield a spear in their hands and a shield on their back. Their shield, in contrary to the shield of Throne of Ivy Clubs, reflects light. Due to the Nightmares being pure spiritual power-formed beings, their spears are also composed of pure, condensed spiritual power that make up the shape of the spear to be extremely sharp. Often, due to the spear's shape and composition, an opponent's magical defenses are easily pierced through by these spears. If the Queen chooses to put her all-destroying light magic into the spear, it is even possible for these spears to pierce through the heaviest armor.

Sentence of Light - Throne of Ivy Clubs first teleports its shield into the waist of the opponent unit, then casts the light spell onto the shield, causing the shield to glow in the heat-light, and cutting the opponent unit into two-halves by melting the waist of the unit.

Disarrayed Maze - Throne of Ivy Clubs calls forth a forest of vines in the battlefield, and engulf both units into the forest. In the dark forest, the vines grabs onto the opponent's forearms, feet and neck. The forest will then suddenly break apart, and the opponent unit will realize that he has been tricked by an illusion, where in fact he is actually tied to the horses of 5 different 'Nightmares', one on each location that he was grabbed by vines. After the illusion is dismissed by the mother unit, the 'Nightmares' will pull in opposite directions in their horses, pulling the entire unit apart into 5 big pieces.

Light of Nightmare - The 'Nightmares', in a group of three, are summoned from behind the opponent's unit. They will rush towards their opponent with their spear in hand to pierce through the armor of the opponent unit. The first Nightmare lifts the opponent up in midair, and the next two stabs their spear into the core of the opponent unit one after another to pierce the unit in place in midair. The Throne of Ivy Clubs then summons a heat-concentrated light collected from its shield via its Crosier, and 'bestow' it upon the opponent, similar to the way that a priest will cast a holy spell on a zombie. The only difference in the two is that the Throne of Ivy Clubs is actually burning a physically existing unit, but not an impure creature. As the light travels slowly in its way to the core where the controller is in, it effectively melts away everything that it comes into contact with. Even the edge of melt-away parts will start to decay from the heat. As the light slowly travels into the core, the controller is subjected to the fear of inevitable end of being melted down alive, since the unit is bind tightly together by the three nightmares' spears. This stressful desperation often results in mental insanity in the pilot, even before the unit is completely melted away. Even if the unit is able to come out alive, the unit will still suffer from a lot of after-effect, such as the burning up of parts of the unit that the light burned through, as well as the probable damage to the controller's sanity. Nightmare Ride to Heaven - 'Nightmares' are summoned around the opponent, all with their shields in hand. The Throne of Ivy Clubs will then summon the light into the shield, and teleport the shield to the hand of one of the Nightmares. The shield will then shoot the light out as pure energy, and hits the unit in the middle. The light goes through the unit and leaves a hole on it, then hits the shield of the Nightmares, reflects upon the surface, bounces back and shoots the unit again, and reflects again. Due to the continuous energy supplied by the shield of The Throne of Ivy Clubs, the light will grow stronger and stronger, until a constant pattern is formed among the shields. The 'Nightmares' will the close in, and the opponent unit will finally be burned away alive when the light spell becomes so concentrated that not one single area of the opponent unit is not reached by the light. Execution of Sinners - Numerous 'Nightmares', wielding their shields and on their feet, are summoned in a circle surrounding the opponent unit. The opponent unit will first be stabbed through in the chest by vine-shaped plants, then tied up by the said vine plants, which grows on the opponent's unit and onto the ground. The Crosier will shine the heat-wave light onto the shields of the 'Nightmares', when the 'Nightmares' charge in at the opponent unit. Since the shields of the 'Nightmares' are reflecting the strong light from the crosier, the controller of the opponent unit will be blinded for the entire duration of the attack, and probably even longer after the attack. The 'Nightmares' charges so close into the unit, that there almost is no space left between the Nightmares and the opponent. The Nightmares then bashes their shield onto the opponent's armor from all directions, slowly chipping down and crushing the armor of the unit. Due to the pilot's blindness and the continuous noise of his unit being bashed on by unknown force, the pilot will slowly be driven insane from the fear of the unknown. The Nightmares, after the armor is broken up enough, will then finally stop, and retreat in distance. They will then pick up their spears, and all charges at the opponent's now-bashed up unit all at once, piercing holes all into the body of the unit. 3 part Combo attack. Spiritual Power. 1st part Accuracy Break. 2nd part SP Damage & Armor Break.

Nightmare Flush - This is the one an only attack that Throne of Ivy Clubs takes part in herself. Throne of Ivy Clubs first cast the light spell onto the shield and teleports the shield into the sky. As the shield shines down the eye-burning light, the unit charges forth with its crosier, and attacks the opponent by swinging or stabbing the crosier's tip, which is in the form of an eastern spearhead, at the opponent. As soon as the opponent tries to defend or dodge, the Throne of Ivy Clubs teleports itself using the same spell that it uses to teleport the shield to the back of the opponent, and attack it from there, then teleport itself again to attack, and again, and again, and again, until the shield finally drops onto a place that the Throne can grab herself. The throne grabs the shield, and uses its crosier to hit the opponent up into mid air. It then retreats to buy itself distance, and make time for the 'Nightmares' to station in a circle at where the opponent will drop. As soon as the opponent drops down to about 1 M from the surface, the Nightmares all charges forth with their heat-light enhanced spears from all different directions, cutting, stabbing and kicking the opponent unit like a trash doll until the opponent unit is battered enough. The Throne of Ivy Clubs will then charge in, again with her Crosier, to stab through the opponent unit's core with the bottom of the crosier. It will finally deal the finish blow by shoving a highly concentrated light ball into the opponent's core, and move away from the unit, before the light ball expands and explodes to eat away the entire unit. Mirror of Golden Hearts

Weapon of Choice: Alchemy Book + Rapier & Daggers

Background: Mirror of Golden Hearts, as its name implies, is one unit that mirrors into two. This unit takes its energy from the virtue 'innocence' of each of the two Alices of Topaz. When under the control of the younger brother, the Mirror of Golden Hearts holds an Alchemy Book as its weapon; whereas when under control of the elder sister, the Mirror of Golden Hearts attacks using a rapier and several daggers.

However, since the death of the younger brother, this has become to change - now the Guardian Assistant's main form is the swordsman form, when its shadow becomes the spellcaster. The physical unit resembles the appearance of a spellblade user. The unit fights as two components - a physical unit controlled by the elder sister, and a shadow form of its physical unit controlled by the younger brother.

Shared Hearts - Mirror of Golden Hearts shares its control between two people. Its physical form is controlled by the elder sister, when its spiritual form is controlled by the younger brother. The control is interchangeable, which is one of the reason why this Guardian Assistant has been considered to have unlimited potential. The ability to switch pilots during transform phase

- The weapons of Mirror of Golden Hearts is constantly reinforced by the alchemy chanted by its shadow. Similar to the Crosier of Throne of Ivy Clubs, the weapons can be powered up by the amount of spiritual energy channeled through the weapon. Enhancement of weapon damage by spiritual power

Magical Book of Alchemy - As much as nobody expects, the alchemy book is often used by Mirror of Golden Hearts to reduce damage dealt to it when the attack is unavoidable. As a weapon, the alchemy book is a book that can be used to block attacks. Since the book requires spiritual energy to be read and used, the spiritual energy that the controller inputs into the book also forms a thin coat of barrier that absorbs and nullify a huge amount of damage dealt to the book to preserve the book itself. Some sort of shield that negates damage.

Mirrored Exchange - Mirror of Golden Hearts is able to switch rapidly between its physical and shadow form. As its name implies, Mirror of Golden Hearts is a unit known for its ability to fight as two, as well as its magnificent ability to trick its opponent into believing what is illusion is real. In many occasions, the shadow form of the unit casts an illusion spell on its physical form to create an illusion that the physical unit has separated into several entity of itself, making the opponent believe that one of these illusions are in fact real, thus causing their attack to miss the real unit. This is also the spell that the younger brother has used to save his elder sister when Ruby was about to kill her. ESD

Spirit Connect - Mirror of Golden Hearts is also able to switch state and location with its shadow component instantly. By switching the control between the two controllers, the two parts of the Mirror of Golden Hearts are also able to interchange immediately between their locations. This exact trick is used in one of its attacks to execute a blitz-kill attack. As long as the shadow is within the range of the Mirror of Golden Hearts, this will be possible to be executed. ESD

Lightning Cloak - The alchemy of its shadow provides Mirror of Golden Hearts with a coat of armor that no other Guardian Assistant has. The armor, after spiritually enhanced with lightning, has a thin damage absorption coat that repels damage by the manipulation of charges and by destroying the incoming object with lightning before it hits the armor. If an attack dealt to this armor requires the opponent to hit the armor, the armor will automatically sparks and electrify whatever comes into contact with it. Since the electricity damage is dealt at point-blank distance, the damage is usually extremely unexpected, thus almost impossible to defend against. Net damage reducer + damage dealt to opponent when [F] is used. The damage can only be reduced inherently.

Golden Eyes of Revenge - The Mirror of Golden Hearts is greatly affected by the younger twin of Topaz's emotion of hatred. When the Guardian Assistant locks onto an opponent as the target of hatred, it will no longer be able to look at any other opponent on the field, and will continuously attack that same opponent until the said opponent is diminished. The Mirror of Golden Hearts, at this state, channels the entire unit's energy to destroy the said opponent, to almost a state of obsession. Golden Heart of Ace - The Mirror of Golden Hearts runs on the virtue of 'Innocence'. As a freedom of sins and lack of knowledge of ill-beings, the quality of Innocence frees the Mirror of Golden Hearts and its controller from any and all negative thoughts and emotional attack/restraints. Any kind of Pilot damaging status are negated.

Black Heart of Ace - Vice Versa, when the Mirror of Golden Hearts is affected by the anti-presence of 'Innocence', the ill-thoughts that is received and repressed within the controller over time will overflow and become mixed into the attacks of the Mirror of Golden Hearts instead. In addition, the hatred of the Younger Brother becomes a prominent power that overshadow the Mirror of Golden Hearts. This hatred becomes a grudge that powers the Guardian Assistant, and turns the shadow form unit into a pitch-black unit with an overwhelming aura that evokes fear in its opponent. As a result, the attacks dealt by the Mirror of Golden Hearts when it is affected by the lack of innocence in its controller becomes extremely damaging to the opponent guardian's controller, and would even damage the mental ability of the controller himself, and render his ability to control or make decisions useless. - Mirrored Souls - Since the shadow form of the unit is the unit that contains the anti-presence of 'Innocence' in this case, the physical form of the unit is unaffected by this anti-presence. Thus, it is possible for the Mirror of Golden Hearts to bear the presence and anti-presense of 'Innocence' at the same time. This nature of the unit makes Mirror of Golden Hearts the only unit that can have both their Virtue and Anti-Virtue active at the same time.

Her Rapier

The element that the Topaz Twins' weapons have adopted was Lightning element under the sub-category of Wind. Attacks dealt by Mirror of Golden Hearts are generally not as strong as Ruby's, but always leave the opponent paralyzed, stunned, or immobilized.

Lightning Anchor - The shadow form of Mirror of Golden Hearts first chants a lightning spell onto the dagger before the attack. Mirror of Golden Hearts then aims and stabs the dagger through the armor of the opponent units into its skull, and sets up an attractor for electricity. The shadow form, as the dagger is stabbed, manipulates the lightning into charges that forcibly separates a gap between the matter that forms the plate that protects the skull, so to ensure that the dagger will indeed go through the armor and into the skull of the opponent unit. The physical form of Mirror of Golden Hearts then jumps quickly away from the opponent. At the same time, the shadow chants a spell of lightning, which calls forth land-striking lightning around the area where the opponent is standing. The lightning eventually builds up to a much bigger lightning strike, and strikes down onto the opponent's skull through the dagger. Sometimes, the lightning paralyzes the opponent's connector with its controller when the dagger passes the elemental attack into the unit. Paralyze/stun status. Spiritual Power. Armor Pierce.

Spiral Dagger Show - This is a trick that the elder sister learned when she was traveling with the circus to the Castle of Clover. Mirror of Golden Hearts runs towards its opponent to initiate the attack. At 5 M distance, the unit jumps up and spins forward. As the unit spins, the twin daggers hidden underneath the skirt-plate of the unit is being retrieved and thrown. The shadow will, at the same time, use alchemy to divide the daggers' physical material into several smaller entity, effectively splitting the daggers into smaller daggers. The daggers are thrown in a spiral sequence from Mirror of Golden Hearts towards its opponent, each dagger limiting the opponent's movement more, until the final dagger is thrown and dug into the heart of the opponent. F type attack

Tragic Guillotine - This is an attack that was inspired by magician tricks that were done in the circus that the twins are traveling in. The twins fused the idea of the magicians being able to appear and disappear at will and their ability to slice a person in two-halves for magic performance together, and designed a flash magician attack that involved teleportation and slicing, only with a more tragic ending. In this attack, Mirror of Golden Hearts feigns an attack from the front towards its opponent, when its shadow entity sneaks behind the opponent. As the opponent retreats, the shadow of the unit will quickly interchange with the physical entity, letting its physical form to sneak behind the opponent's back quickly. With two daggers back-held in hand and forearms crossed, Mirror of Golden Hearts will loop the chain lightning between the tips of the two daggers on the head of its opponent from mid air. As soon as the feet of the unit lands onto the ground, Mirror of Golden Hearts will then pull back the two daggers, as the shadow takes control of the lightning and shapes it into an element energy charged blade. The chain lightning will effectively strangle the opponent, until the physical unit pulls the two daggers in opposite directions, in the process beheading the opponent unit with the chain lightning. Judgment of Thunder - This attack, again, utilizes the keen eyesight and the dagger throwing skill of the elder sister that she obtained in the circus. Mirror of Golden Hearts jumps onto midair where the opponent is located beneath. It spins itself around and rains down daggers created by the enchantment of its shadow's alchemy, and lays down electricity conductors on both its opponent's skull, shoulder joints and feet, as well as forming a circle around the opponent. The shadow then chants a moderate lightning spell. The lightning will directly be attracted to the daggers on the ground, then be redirected towards the three daggers on the opponent's skull, two shoulder joints and two feet palm. The shadow then chants its strongest lightning spell to strike down on its opponent, using the opponent's core as its focus. As the spell is chanted, the daggers on the ground are also lifted by magnetism from the lightning's charges, and turns their points towards the core of the unit. The lightning will strike down and onto the 5 daggers on the opponent, which will deal substantial damage to the respective joints area. Afterwards, the daggers will then all stab towards the core of the opponent, piercing its core into a cube of nothing but holes. Due to the location that the daggers are aiming for on the unit, if the daggers happen to damage the unit originally, they will greatly damage the mobility and functionality of the joints of each part of the opponent's body. Dance of Thunder Unicorns - Mirror of Golden Hearts charges towards its opponent and first attacks with the rapier. As soon as the rapier hits the opponent, the blade of the rapier arches up, and the Mirror of Golden Hearts uses the arch on the blade as a platform to flip itself up into the air. The shadow casts the illusion spell when the Mirror of Golden Hearts is in mid air and splits the unit into several entity of itself. It will, at the same time, split the rapier's material into several solid entity, each charged with lightning spiritual energy. All of these entities then attacks its opponent one by one from all different direction by stabbing through the opponent's core. As each entity rushes forward, the shadow casts a barrier in the shape of an arrow to both sharpen the speed of the entity and make sure the rapier, which is the tip of the arrow, will be able to penetrate any sort of unseeable magical protection around the opponent. When the entities deals damage to the opponent, the rapiers of each entity will leave a moderate amount of lightning element onto the armor of its opponent. By the principal of electricity attraction and conductivity, each subsequent entity will charge forth with its rapier in a higher accuracy than before. It will also attack in a faster speed as before from a different direction, its kinetic force resulting in an even more damaging attack. X attacks with high accuracy, Barrier Pierce, Spiritual Power

Absolute Lightning Break - This is an attack that the Topaz Twins have designed specifically to take revenge on Ruby with. As the twins have heard of the rumor about the forest, as well has have witnessed Ruby's toughness, the twins geared the attack specifically to have the ability to aim at each and every piece of Ruby's separated body parts, as well as the ability to forcibly crush through the armor with ease on each of its hits. As a student of Ruby, the elder sister of the Topaz twins have also learned one of Ruby's more detrimental combo attacks and changed it to suit her own style. Mirror of Golden Hearts will first charge forward with her rapier and thrusts the rapier into the opponent until only the handle is seen. Its shadow will then chant a lightning spell on the rapier to form a huge thunder orb within the opponent, in which allows the rapier to destroy the opponent's structure from within. The physical body will release its hold on the rapier, and wields its twin daggers in hand. By utilizing the lightning element from the shadow form, a chain lightning is formed between the daggers. The daggers will then be thrown to attack the opponent. Unlike most usage of daggers, the daggers in this case are merely being used as medium for the lightning. The shadow then takes control of the shape of the lightning, and shapes the lightning into an element energy charge. By manipulating the construction of the lightning, it is made possible for the lightning to, when in contact with another material, to repel the matter that touches the lightning and in turns "piercing" whatever physical that comes into touch with it. The two daggers will be attracted to the rapier core of the opponent unit, and cuts the opponent into two-halves in a lightning speed. After the extraordinary amount of kinetic force in the daggers are used up after passing through the units, the two daggers will be attracted by the core again, and turns their blade to cut through the opponent again from a different direction. As the attraction of the blade are formatted to go around instead of retracting, the attacks grows to be faster and faster. Due to the electric core enhanced by the rapier being a huge medium of electric energy, the direction of each slice is different each time, and the location that each attack is aiming for can also be manipulated by the control of the shadow. Finally, the physical body of Mirror of Golden Hearts will charge in, retract the two daggers, and stabs both daggers through the core of the opponent until both daggers' handle disappears into the opponent's core, and then retreat before the opponent dies while taking all of its weapon with it. Due to the extraordinary amount of lightning element involved with this attack, the opponent unit will be unable to function from the lightning's paralyzing nature even if it survives. Hissatsu. Z.S.M.U - Project Zodiac Summon Mechanical Unit

History:

The Eastern Zodiac System has always been said to govern a person's live as soon as they were born in a specific time of a specific year. Depending on their year of Zodiac, they receive a specific fate. This "fate" differs from person to person. Some is bound by this "fate" tighter than other. However, there is no doubt that the power of Zodiacs exists.

Now let's make a skip on the timeline. Year 21XX. Alternate Dimension. In our dear ol' Earth, we face an invasion. Well, you know, the cheesy plot line with aliens and mechas to invade the earth? Yeah, that. Only that this time, it's not really "aliens" that are invading the earth. It's habitats of the earth that is trying to take over Human's terrain. Cats, Foxes, Raccoons, birds. These generally cute, harmless creatures somehow managed to get the ability to turn into abnormal creatures through emotion distress. The abnormal growth includes mutation, infinite growth, and weird but destructive power that is more than powerful enough to destroy an entire city on a whim.

And you know what that means.

A countermeasure must be, and has been, immediately invented. After observations, human realizes that although most animals have the chances of going berserk and turn into abnormal monsters that inhabit somewhat of a walking human form, there never seem to have any animals from the Zodiac that has experience a case of mutation. Noticing the trend, science investigation immediately came along the road. The result was, more than enough, stunning.

Apparently, there is a special combination in the DNA system of the animals from the zodiac that prevents them from mutation. To make it even more intriguing, by taking some of these protein structures and injecting them into human, the protein would, for a short time, alter the human genetics to enhance body performance, and even create special abilities in the human body that did not previously belong to the body structure of the subject.

After several experiment and observations, scientists decides to put on a bet. They created a series of units that would be able to handle and even amplify the enhanced body function and supernatural abilities that a human being receives after the Protein injection. In addition, they created a system that could turn any kind of stone into the activation tool. With the use of the specialized Jewel, humans are now able to summon those created giant mechanical unit, standing in an average of 7.5M tall (humanoid form) and varies in weight depending on the animal, that allows them to battle against the abnormal creatures, inheriting the ability of a special type of animal from the Zodiac.

After proven its effectiveness, a project has been deployed directly under the department of defense of the United Nations, a newly found department against abnormal "threats against the Earth". The project is known as Z.S.M.U. - Zodiac Summon Mechanical Unit.

Essential Knowledge/Equipment

Jade - Will: Among all of the precious stones that the scientists can use to use as activation tool, the scientists chose jade, a sacred stone that is featured often in rituals in traditional Chinese culture. Jade - Will, in a sense, is a collective AI system that analyze and input information regarding to the user and battle and determine the unit being used for the specific occasion. By sending these data into the central computer located in the satellite designated for the system, Jade - Will becomes the fundamental component to the system's activation. (A stat boost system that increases as amount of allies with the same system increases. Primarily increases in offensive statistics, Attack and Accuracy.)

Jade - Path(Matter Teleportation system): Jade - Will will send an electronic signal into the satellite through the jade when activated. The mechanical unit is being transferred from the satellite base and attached onto the user through matter teleportation. Based on the DNA analysis and environmental information that Jade - Will has sent over, "Jade - Path" System will choose the unit that is most compatible with the user and advantageous for the occasion. It then compresses and breaks down the specially designed mecha into data and transfer the unit accordingly to the user. (Summoning System that is used to summon the original 12 Zodiac units. Also used by specific units to summon sub-units or unit-prototypes.)

Jade - Adaptation: Upon the admission of the pilot into the cockpit, the pilot will immediately receive an injection of DNA protein from the animal that the specific unit represents. After injection, not only does the pilot become compatible to the unit, but they would also gain enhancements in physical and personality aspects. For example, a person that was injected by DNA from a Tiger would grow in strength and bravery, when a person that was injected by DNA from a monkey would become more restless and swift. They would also grow certain traits specific to the animal as a side effect to the DNA injection. For example, a pilot in "Inu" unit will grow dog ears and dog tail, when a pilot in "usagi" unit will grow bunny ears. The DNA injection, however, is proven to be short lived, nor are the side effect lasting or apparent after battles. The only unit that might trigger a negative or berserker effect after such injection onto the pilot is "Ryou", as Dragon is a mythological creature to begin with, and scientists can only manipulate the arrangement of DNA codes to what they think to be the closest to Dragon. Even then, the side effect ends as soon as the pilot leaves the cockpit. (Enhance of pilot performance, and, well, moe factor.)

Jade - Transformation: There is another purpose for DNA injection into the pilot - unit transformation. Through injection, pilot's ability is enhanced, and thus is able to keep up with the strength, agility or stamina that is needed if the mechanical unit is transformed into the respective animal that they represents. In many cases, the transformation is needed, as the transformed version of the unit are generally more powerful than when not transformed. However, the transformed version of the mecha is also subjected to a lack of protection and a limited amount of weapon choices that they could have access to when in humanoid form, for example, shield and sword. (Transformer-esque ability, only that they transform into animals instead.)

Jade - Knowledge: Occasionally, there are users who developed their own bio-computer or AI system that they would install in the unit that they use after transformation. Although there is an initial AI, Jade - Knowledge, that maintains everything within the unit system, it is possible to co-operate the AI with your own.

Jade - Destiny: This is the system in the Zodiac units that is "only accessible to people who can look through their destiny, and are able to go with and even alter their destiny through their knowing," or so the scientists said. However, all it is but a system that enhances the user's ability in combat. After a certain amount of time in a combat environment, when the pilot is completely adapted to the change in DNA coding, the pilot will be able to utilize the animal instinct engraved in the coding, and activates unconsciously an advanced form of 6th sense. In many cases, such adaption can lead to stunning battle results, which is the reason why scientists claimed such as the "ability to see through destiny". (Active skill of the Sidekick. They are usually active abilities that only activates if Jade - Will is activated. These skills are generally built upon the purpose of the unit type and the personality of the unit. In addition to pre-existing sidekick and Passive (sub) skills, there are also empty skills that allows for customization of skills in Jade - Destiny's own pool of skills or pre-existing sidekick and passive sub skills. However, there are also skills that enhance aspects of the unit, for example, replacement of armor with impenetrable armor, increase of transforming phase after battle phase, DR reduction and EN regen. Jade - Wu Xing: This is an aspect that separates the 12 zodiac units from its enemies: the Wu Xing. By definition, Wu Xing are Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Wood. All units within Z.S.M.U. Project has an element given to them to signify their attribute from each other. It create advantage of Z.S.M.U units over their enemies. There are two units that do not follow these rules: the neutral units, Uma and Usagi. Instead of emphasizing on a specific element, they emphasize on speed. In a sense, they focuses on the element of "wind", which is not a part of the Wu Xing.(Basic explanation to the attachment of elements onto the more signature-esque moves of each of the 12 units)

ZSMU - 004 Usagi

The fourth unit in the ZSMU series, the Usagi is one of the most detrimental unit among all, in a way very specific to itself. Usagi is known to be a fast unit, with an ability to run from one place to another in a very, very quick speed. It is also capable of jumping to any and everywhere on the battlefield within an instant, which makes it the perfect reinforcement unit among all ZSMU units.

Element: Neutral

Usagi Specified Weapon: Calligraphy Brush

- The calligraphy brush on Usagi is not a joke weapon. It is a real weapon that Usagi uses to activate nano-machine sheets of highly-melliable metal by writing on it. In a way, it functions similar to spell-scripting in western magic. By using these highly-melliable metal, Usagi is able to do a few things, including debugging viruses or effects that causes malfunction in other units, repairing the units by attaching the piece of metal onto the unit to provide it with instant repairing nano-machine, or resupplying the unit with energy that is created by the heat energy created from explosion of the core of the nano-machine on each sheet of these metal paper. Of course, the calligraphy brush can be used to whack people, but that is more funny looking than anything. As Usagi cannot hold a brush when it is in its transformed form, however, its form sometimes hinders the capability of Usagi to be of full use on the battlefield.

Unit Feature:

Jade - Will: This system is universal on all ZSMU units.

Jade - Adaptation: Usagi is agile and supportive. With the help of the Usagi of Jade - Knowledge, the pilot's eyesight and physical capability is adjusted for extremely fast movement and reading opponent movements. The pilot is also able to better support and direct the movements of his allies with the information he receives from the unit functions that Usagi has been given through the collective communication channel among their allies, and in turns achieve success for the overall team.

Jade - Transformation: By transforming into an usagi that is only 5.2 M tall and weighs as little as 7 ton, the agility of the unit is greatly increased. It is also capable of jumping extremely high from one place to another consecutively, and land on the ground from an extremely high-speed fall, allowing transportation that almost imitates teleport.

Jade - Knowledge: Usagi is extremely cheerful and smart. It moves around a lot and cannot usually stop moving around, making it a hard target for the opponent. It is also capable of being even more agile than it already is when needed. Due to its fear for being left alone by the ground, it usually assumes the role of being a leader and lead its friends by utilizing its keen eyesight and agile movement for information collection, then formulate a game plan and direct the battlefield. Due to its role being a supportive player, it is also used to provide its allies with all sorts of resources, including ammo and words of encouragements.

Distinctive Characteristic:

- Energizer Bunnies from HELL!!!: Not only is it built with extra thrusters to allow quick traveling, but it also is equipped with a splendid, cross-network sensor system that pre-warn all of its allies of incoming missiles, as well as predict opponent movements for itself and its allies to greater assist its allies' success in attacking.

- Elixir: On top of the calligraphy brush, Usagi is also equipped with a small bag with different circular shaped bombs within it, that mimics the shape of an elixir pills from the story of Chang'e. - Calligraphy - 治百病: The words literarily means "Heal all illness", directing the spell-script to carry out a quick debug-check, and de-bug any kind of errors on computer programs, as well as repair any damaged external unit parts as a result of battle.

- Message Carrier: Usagi is second-most used as a mean to transport information due to its speed, great network capability with almost all units ever known, as well as its reliability. Due to the mainly used unit, ZSMU - 001 Ne not able to carry anything heavy with it, Usagi is also designed to be able to carry a little more than what its size usually can.

- Bunny Mirage: Usagi is capable of moving really fast, regardless of his form. When the pilot is adopted to Usagi's sensory system, Usagi is capable to use its true speed, thus allowing it to defend against its opponent by confusing them with its after images.

- Mythical Hop: In its transformed mode, Usagi is capable of jumping really high into the air and land on an extremely far away place seconds after, by utilizing all the thrusters and the synchronized senses of the pilot and the Zodiac Spirit for exact calculation of landing location even in light speed. It is rumored that if the pilot and the unit is synchronized enough, it is possible for Usagi to even hop into space. The theory is left to be tested, however.

Attacks:

- Red-Eyes Beam: Usagi is able to utilize the lights emitted from its light to perform quick scans on several units on a similar ground at once to find out the weakness on the units and transfer the data off to its allies to assist them on their attacks. For the fun of it defense purpose, the scanning light is in the form of a very eye-blinding red light, which blinds all the people who tries to look at it.

- Calligraphy of a Moon Rabbit: Usagi first performs a quick scan on its opponent for the opponent's weak points. It then uses its after images (in either Transformed form or Humanoid Form) to confuse the opponent as to where they should be looking to attack. When the opponent is least expecting the Usagi to attack, Usagi (Transformed) changes into its humanoid form, activates its spell-scripts on the metal, and attach the metal onto the opponent's various weak points, until all the weak points on the opponent has at least one sheet of these metal attached onto it. Usagi (Humanoid) then hits the back tip of the brush on the opponent's head to make a noise, then transform into its animal form and hops away. The knock of the brush will trigger the nanomachine on the metals to explode. However, since Usagi have not initiated the command to absorb the heat, the metals are left on the opponent unit to explode one after another on the opponent's weak point, effectively blowing the opponent unit apart.

Usagi Specified Weapon: Calligraphy Brush

- .... Of course, the calligraphy brush can be used to whack people, but that is more funny looking than anything. As Usagi cannot hold a brush when it is in its transformed form, however, its form sometimes hinders the capability of Usagi to be of full use on the battlefield....

That said, it is actually possible for the brush to be used as a simple whacking weapon. I forgot to point it out again in the Weapon section mainly because I thought it was a given. Gardless though, it'd be great if the Calligraphy Brush can be added to the attack list as a simple attacking weapon and countercut weapon. Below is the description of the attack:

Calligraphy Brush: As lame as it really sound and look, it IS possible for Usagi to use the calligraphy brush to attack short-range. It is also possible for Usagi to use the back tip of the calligraphy brush swing around and hit things down and away from it, simply because, hey, eyes too keen makes everything slow and easy to hit.

Other than that, everything's good.

Project T.A.I.K.O. - Dokon Dan

After the debut of the taiko series invented by the scientist in Year 2131, the series has been gaining a lot of success in both the war and the society. In military grounds, the Taiko series was able to bring morale boosting and atmosphere soothing effects on the soldiers, as well as terrorizing the enemies with the songs of the little cute taikos, as funny as this fact may seem to be. In social ground, the taikos quickly becomes the best government mascots to its citizens for its high status from the contribution that the series has brought to them, as well as the fact that these units are just... adorable to begin with. As a result, the funding that the scientist got for the experiment to continue and the amount of people that comes to the aid of the scientist has both increased exponentially. The scientist have also begin to investigate in possibilities to make the units less war-oriented in their function, simply because these little cute mechas were not created for war to begin with.

One day, the scientist happen to drop onto the floor the analysis of the list of songs that was ever used in the original arcade centuries ago. He took a look at the list, and notices that there is actually a possibility for what he was hoping to develop the taikos towards to come true. He begins to feverishly works on the project, until something detrimental happens.

When the scientist closes the door and worked feverishly on his research, the enemies of Japan made use of this occasion made their moves.

A neighboring country of Japan, the United Federation of Asia consisted of China, Korea and several other smaller countries in Asia, came up with a countermeasure to the taiko series after their investigation with the taiko units and their history. Sound Wave Neutralizing Technology

SWNT is a energy generating technology designed by the UFA to be installed in all Dokon Dan units that generate energy for the unit by converting the wavelength of sound energy into kinetic energy. By calculating and receiving sound-energy from the surrounding on its nano-plates installed on every single inch of the unit body, the unit is able to convert all soundwave into energy for its own use, in addition to the energy core that it already has. By devising such a technology, UFA is able to neutralizes all sound-related damage from all sources, and instead use it as a method to regenerate energy for the unit's own purpose. Noizu

A common ability installed in all Dokon Dan units, noizu is the most common way for all Dokon Dan units to distract their opponent from drumming, effectively ruining their attacks. These rash sound wave can even physicalize into kinetic waves that attacks opponents of the Dokon Dan or used for defensive measures against the materialized sound waves unleashed from the Taiko units. Waru Tamashii

Created from the fragments of a destroyed Taiko no Tamashii, Waru Tamashii is a collective Artificial Intelligence installed in all signigicant Dokon Dan units. It gathers, analyzes and computes all battlefield information from each second of a fight that each of the installed unit has gone through, enabling Waru Tamashii to self-upgrade almost instantly during battle. Waru Tamashii is also capable to share and direct a whole non-piloted troop under its wing as a single, collective entity by "hijacking" the Dokon Dan units' control system that it is near to. As it is capable of self-upgrading, this AI is designed to be as blank as possible, so to absorb the most knowledge from its opponent as possible. Since the AI is extremely expensive to install into every units, it is only installed into certain models of units. AI developed for the Dokon Dan Non-Grunts Units. Able to influence summons and increase in power as it fights in battle.

Warupowah

Just like how the taiko-no-tamashii has an overdrive ability of Burning Tamashii, the more-significant Dokon Dan units also have the ability to power up their unit by collecting all the negative emotion emitted from their opponent. By transferring the data of these emotions into the system of Waru Tamashii, it guides the Waru Tamashii to enjoy the negative emotion as "digital drugs", and boost the overall control and assist ability of the Waru Tamashii over time in battle. It is also possible to trigger the Waru Tamashii's enhancement of ability when the unit that the Waru Tamashii is installed in is damaged to a certain level. In this case, however, the overdrive is triggered because of fear and the want to survive, not excitement. All-rounded stat booster. Charge OR HP level to activate. Only exist in units with Waru Tamashii

UFA DDMP01WD Warudon

Mass produced mechanical units that fights against Wada Don and Wada Katsu in place of Dorabotto. It is created based off the data of Wada Don.

Warudon is a unit based off Wada Don, and is an almost-complete repica of T01 - 021 - Type E "Wada Don". However, the way that the eyes are designed and the color difference between Warudon and Wada Don separates the two. Warudon is usually seen alongside a fielded Dorabotto, as they usually deploys from the Dorabotto into battlefield. Warudon can be piloted by a human, but quality human pilots are usually assigned to higher executive units instead. The main purpose of Warudon is to disrupt the formation of the opponents and destroy the harmony of music.

Silence Field

Each Warudon carries a set of external amplifier of the SWNT neutralizer plate. By continuously supporting the amplifier's functionality with its own energy, Warudon is able to spread the sound wave neutralization into an area-wide neutralizing field that neutralize all sound created in the area as soon as the sounds are made. However, the amplifier usually takes time to set up, and the cost to maintain the amplifier, although not too much for a short time, can build up quickly. Forfeit attack phase. Self-Destruct

Each Warudon is installed with a self-denoating program, that detonates itself when it is faced against an enemy too strong to face against, or even just to bring damage onto a tricky opponent. By charging forward and exploding right next to the unit, the final job of Warudon's SWNT core before its detonation is to, instead of canceling noise, amplify the noise that the detonation has create in the same way that the Materialized Sound Wave Technology that Taiko units does, in order to bring maximum damage onto the opponent.

Bakudan

The primary way that Warudon attacks in. Warudons are equipped with a limited amount of bombs that it shoots and throws at its opponent with. Upon contact, these bombs explodes and deals damage to its opponent. Since these bombs are mainly used to distract the Taiko units from playing their songs, there is a minimal tracking ability attached to the bombs, which in turns also limits the amount of bombs that has been produced to be equipped to each of the units.

Kurofune Raikou (Dokon Dan Version.)

A song found originally on a T01 - 021 - Type E "Wada Don", all Warudons are able to play this song to bring the exact opposite effect onto its targets. By terrorizing the listeners of this song with the horror of the black ship with a twisted rhythm, Warudon is capable of scaring its listeners off and discourage them from attacking, thus weakening their attacking power. When played long enough, the song can even scare the opponent so much that they are too scared to move, let alone bring the courage to attack. If more than one Warudon is present on the field, the Warudons harmonizes with each and and are able to scare off multiple opponents at once. Basically Kurofune Raikou. Becomes S type when there is two or more Warudons.

The outer layer of the bombs are designed to be invisible at the cost of energy from the Warukatsu units that they came from, thus making it possible for the opponents to run into the bombs carelessly if the opponents decides to attack in anyway that requires any kind of close-range action to the Warukatsu. In addition, these sonar bombs are also designed to detect and attracted to the origin of sound waves that resembles a pattern, and explodes upon contact with the sound origin on the opponent team. Similar to Floating Mine. Needs EN to upkeep. Activates, however, also to [M] attacks.

When played long enough, it is even possible for Warukatsu to scare its listener enough to decrease their will to continue fighting. If more than one Warukatsu is present on the field, the Warukatsus harmonizes with each and and are able to scare off multiple opponents at once. Basically Gekkabijin on Wada Katsu. UFA DD01EXS Botan

Botan is an executive member of the Dokon dan in the original arcade game. Originally a human, Botan is the leader of Dokon Dan when Dokon, the creator of Dokon Dan is not around. Botan is a person of beauty. Her principal of theory greatly affects her attacks, in that although she is not the strongest opponent in the way of the taiko units, she is probably one of the most tricky to deal with.

Botan is a unit based off the villain character, Botan, from Taiko no Tatsujin the Arcade game. She is about 1.5 times the height of the Taiko units, but they weigh about the same unit wise. This is mainly due to the absurd cuteness installed into the taiko units in sacrifice of how much weight they actually weigh. As Botan is 'elegant in her own way', or so the UFA develop team claims, the roundness of the taikos have been discarded for more efficiency in a humanoid form in the unit. The main weapon of the unit is a pair of short dagger, even though there should not have been any kind of weapon available for the original character to begin with. Let's... just not ask.

Flora Scent

The Botan is a master of illusion, in that it plans illusions by manipulating all senses of a pilot to give them illusions. For instance, by making use of the sense of smell. In order to lower the opponent's accuracy and forcing it to rely on senses other than sight, by utilizing light, the flashy petals and smoke screen in addition to scent, Botan deceives its opponent by giving false information in between the approximate distance and the actual distance between the unit and its opponent. As a result, a much lower accuracy is usually recorded from its opponent when Botan is used.

Flora Warp

Flora warp is a mysterious ability that the Botan has. Botan is able to use the petals that it uses for flashier moves as a grid to program a matter-plane distortion warp to jump from one location to another. In game, this magic is what made it possible for the members of the Dokon Dan to travel everywhere and appear in front of Wada Don and co. whenever they want. It seems that certain people who bears a high potential for magical miracles greatly increase the chance of this miraculous traveling method, however.

Floral Dance

By enhancing the flashy petals found around the unit with energy, Botan is able to manipulate the location and the purpose of the petals. In this case, Botan is able to create a physical barrier of petals knitted together by energy around itself to absorb damage, even if the first layer of sound barrier created by jamming Noizu has been pierced through. As Botan's control over the petals is extremely strong, it is also possible for Botan to spare some of these petals to one of its allies to defend against attacks. The amount that this petal barrier can negates can be infinite, as long as the corresponding amount of petals and energy is able to be spared from Botan itself. After all, the strength of the barrier can be enhanced in a way as simple as "adding another layer of petals beneath the first layer of petals".

Flora Shield

Similar to how Botan uses her petals to create a layer of damage absorption, Botan can also use these petals to form a shield by attracting and attaching these petals electromagnetically onto the dagger weapon that she usually use. By attracting these petals to knit tightly together into a single surface using the dagger's handle as the handle of the shield, Botan is able to defend herself against close ranged attacks. In addition, as each petal contain firepower within, opponent units that launches an attack onto the shield itself will be backfired by the explosion from the petals themselves, when Botan discharge the petals from her dagger when the explosion begins.

Songs of the Flowers

This ability... has nothing to do with flowers, really. It is, instead, a program that analyze and record down songs data that Botan can dig out later in other battles to song. By analyzing the songs that the popular culture listen to, Botan can convert the songs into data that can be used for offensive uses later on in other battles. In a way, it is very similar to the original Arcade when songs from all genre are being recorded and can be played to. Ability to use song discs as attacks.

Ike~ Warudan!

In a way similar to how Botan transport herself, she can also transport her minions, Warudons and Warukatsus into the battlefield to fight for her. However, the amount of Warudons and Warukatsus that she can summon is rather limited, to about 3 each time, simply because the maximum amount of Warudon and Warukatsus that can face off Wada Don and Wada Katsu in each arcade game versus mode is 3. More of that will be silly.

Active

Short Daggers

An attack that consist of Botan throwing her daggers at her opponent's forehead. This attack is more like a taunting attack, so to speak, as, well, there will not be a single happy taiko to have a bleeding forehead. It seems that the daggers are also strong enough to be thrown to bounce away Mecha-Don's bombs, it seems.

Rose Petals

A specially designed bomb for Botan, the Rose petals are very flashy bombs in many different ways. The rosebud formed bomb, while thrown, implants its base onto the weakest armor on its opponent. The rose bud quickly expand and blooms, and the petals peel off and attach themselves onto other parts of the unit, until the unit is covered entirely by the petals. The center of the rose then explodes, triggering all the firepower-packed petals to detonate one after another at point-blank on the unit, bringing an extravagant amount of damage onto the unit. In addition, due to the impact of the explosion, the opponent unit is usually left with a extra-weak armor that Botan's allied units can easily damage through. No. These are not bombs, because Botan in the original arcade game refused to use bombs. Go figure.

Dokan Flash

An attack executed by Botan that emphasize in the prettiness of Botan herself. By sending petals with high-density white light to explode right next to the opponent's sensor and visual screen, Botan renders her opponent blind for several seconds, as she attacks her opponent physically with her short dagger with her teleportation ability from all different angles. This may not be a very strong and damaging move, but the flash from the bomb usually leaves the opponent blind from trying to aim at any target for a while. Accuracy Break

Hyakkaryouran (Dokon Dan Version)

Originally carried on T04 - 009 - Type E "Donko", the Hyakkaryoran played by Botan is a remixed version of the song that alters the song's feeling into illusional and beautifully mysterious. When the song is played, the listener of the song will be entrapped into a world filled with darkness and beautiful, illuminating petals. As he sees himself in the rain of petals, he will see several divisions of Botan around him, attacking him from corners that he least expect from with her short dagger, disappearing into the darkness before he can strike against her, then reappearing again to attack again. He will see the figure of Botan attacking him from all different directions, until he is driven insane enough to believe that he has received enough damage to die. At that point, he will see himself covered entirely in petals, and explodes into petals after the last inch of the surface of his unit is covered. In reality, the attack is also executed in a similar manner, in that Botan attacks her opponent from all different directions by quickly teleporting from one place to another rapidly: only that the short daggers that attacks the unit is actually materialized sharp sonar blade created from the sound wave of the music. The final explosion, however, is actually a real explosion that is ignited by a rose bomb that Botan throws at the target opponent to initiate the final attack.


UFA DD01EXB Nyanki

Another of the executive members of the Dokon Dan in the original arcade game, Nyanki is a cat-monk that specializes in using illusion and martial arts, in addition to the distracting prayers that he does.

A unit based off Nyanki, a villain character from Taiko no Tatsujin the Arcade game, Nyanki is the lightest, and the fastest, of all three executive members of the Dokan Dan. He is about the same height as the Taiko units, only half as heavy as the Taiko units. His strongest attacks are usually physical based, even though he loves using songs to attack. It is a principal of being as peaceful as possible as a monk, apparently. Nobody ever rebutted him why he'd still be in Dokon Dan if he thinks that way, however. Well, let's just leave it as that, and, yeah, not ask.

Split-Image

Nyanki is not half as flashy as Botan. However, his specialty as an executive member of the Dokon Dan is a rather illusionary move - Spilt Image. Nyanki has the special ability to split his image into two, three, or even four different bodies to confuse the Taiko units from determining the correct direction to play their songs to. In other cases, this ability of his can also be used to dodge any attacks that the Taiko units would like to deal at him with. Truth to be told, Nyanki is just a really small and fast unit in real life, that his fastest movements can create after-images to confuse his opponent. It really isn't anything too complicated other than that.

Tonbasuto

Nyanki can get wi~ld *ahem* loud very easily. His broadcaster, while not as big as Dorabotto's, has been specially designed to create the maximum amplitude in the songs that he plays. By pushing the limits of how much sound can his broadcaster create, his sound can easily get too crazy that whoever listens to his music becomes berserk. It seems that noises too loud has some correlation with possible to making a human so upset that he becomes violent, or something like that.

Ike~ Warudan!

Similar to Botan, Nyanki can also summon Warudon and Warukatsu. However, the amount of Warudons and Warukatsus that Nyanki can summon is even less, as Nyanki, by principal, do not like unfair fights. On top of that, there really isn't much capacity and teleporting ability that Nyanki can use to suddenly bring a Warudon or Warukatsu into the field. As a result, Nyanki sometimes will, in a very uncool manner, carry a Warudon or Warukatsu along with her as a minion that he can use to assist him from the sideline or that he can help educate, as well as fulfilling the villain-like characteristic that he needs for his role, but that's about everything that he would do. Since the Warudons and Warukatsus are heavy, Nyanki usually gets MUCH faster after the silly minions are out of his way. Option to deploy with a summon that, after unit is summoned, gives Nyanki Agi reduction on Nyanki

Nyanki the Dojo Master

After the nuisanc-I mean, the great kouhai is dispatched from Nyanki's back, Nyanki will be able to fight as who he came to the Dokon Dan from, a Dojo Master. In this form, he will still be able to do all the things that he does when he is carrying the poor kouhai. However, since the silly nuisance is now off his back, he can fight to his full potential, resulting in the great increase of his attack power and accuracy, as well as his mobility, when he is executing his attack. After all, he WAS a dojo master to begin with. Special that Nyanki gets if he loses his summon, or if he deploys without a summon.

Active

Nyan Staff

Nyanki uses a staff to attack usually. Unlike Botan, who probably is not good at anything but daggers, Nyanki is actually good at martial arts. Whether he wishes to execute them, however, is another question. As far as the UFA people knew, Nyanki is happy to keep the staff around, but not happy enough to really whack people with it unless he can't make them crazy for his music.

Tenjiku 2000

The hardest song from the 2000 series in the Taiko no Tatsujin Arcade Game, this is the song that Nyanki took from the data bank and adapted as his signature song. Unlike Botan, who took a song from the song data from the opponent, this song seems to be only playable by Nyanki himself. The song tells a story of a employee who run away from his employer due to too much unpaid overtime work, to the extend of escaping to a country far away, only to failed and sent back to the company to work again. The atmosphere of the song has a mysterious Indian style to the song. The accuracy needed for an execution can also be miraculously hard. As a result, the people who listens to it somehow will envision himself being the poor employee who is trapped in his own unit and unable to do anything when the employer (in which translates to Nyanki himself in battle) continues to assault him with piles and piles of work. While played long enough, it can even exhaust the listener so much that he can't bring up his spirit to fight against his boss, due to the futility of the attempt.

Sutra

Nyanki broadcasts a mutter of mind-boggling message through its broadcaster in attempt to confuse its opponent. The Sutra that Nyanki reads off is supposedly the head-binding sutra that is used in the traditional fairy tale of Journey to the West that exists both in the United Federation of Asia and Japan. In the story, the sutra supposedly has the ability, when muttered by the Monk Minister, to create extremely headache to the Monkey King, his first disciple. In an attempt to replicate this effect, the sutra is being broadcasted in an irritating high-pitch sound wave that pains the human ear to receive, leaving the people who hear it momentarily confused to where they are doing. It also leaves the people who listens to the sound momentarily deaf to all other sound for a few minutes, until their ears recover over time. If the Sutra is amplified enough and is broadcasted long enough, it is even possible for the pilot to be pained enough and get confused about who they are supposed to attack, decreasing their ability as a pilot, and even accidentally attacks their allies. As the sound is pure sound and is amplified, the muttering will not able able to deal any substantial damge, but it can affect almost the entire field at the same time. Map Sound Attack that has three levels of effect similar to that of all other Taiko songs. No damage dealt.

Dojo Fight

100 Rengeki Nyan~

A situation completely no stranger to a Dojo Master as Nyanki, he is able to use the two ends of his staff onto his target 100 times in great speed and without miss. In addition, the speed that he hits his target in is so fast, that no physical eyes can catch his real movements, but only receive the after-image of his movements in their brain. It is a rather basic thing for a Dojo Master though, according to Nyanki, since it is usually easier to hit one point over and over again.

100 Mirage Rengeki Nyan~

Nyanki's special Mirage Rengeki. Instead of just doing simple rengeki with his staff, he now adds a splash of his own flavor into the attack by mixing some of his after-image technique into the process of hitting. By quickly hitting the same place over and over again while constantly on the move, Nyanki makes things so much harder for his audience by confusing them with his countless after-images. To make things even worse, he begins to hit onto different surfaces on the same target to make different noise, making it even more confusing as to which note he will make after the note that he previously made. It is confusing, indeed.

O~Nyandorimashou~!

Combining his beating and his songs together, Nyanki makes his opponent dance alongside him to the music. While he sings Tenjiku 2000 to his opponent to create an illusion of them in a somewhat puppeteer stage setting, in which Nyanki is the Puppeteer, and he is the puppet. Nyanki will then attacks his opponent so quickly in such a way that the opponent can only move in one way possible to hope to be able to dodge the attack that was unleashed onto him, while the place that he dodge is actually exactly where Nyanki hits next. By continuously doing such a trick onto his opponent, Nyanki, while damaging his target, also diminish his opponent's will to fight further, as it will appear to the opponent that no matter where they dodge, Nyanki still manage to hit them. In the words of Nyanki, he is nyandernized.


UFA DD01EXA Dorabotto

Last of the third Dokon Dan executive members, Dorabotto is the bulkiest executive member. A robot created partly from Mecha don's data, Dorabotto has an accuracy in song hitting just slightly lower than mecha don. His personality and ability is also extremely similar to that of Mecha don. In addition, he is able to create and mass produce robot units known as Warudon and Warukatsu that he can release from his stomach to fight for him.

Dorabotto is based off Dorabotto, a villain charcter from the Taiko no Tatsujin Arcade game. Among the trio in the original game, he may be the weakest in getting into the way of the taikos, but he is also the most difficult one because of the amount of Warudon and Warukatsu that he can carry in him, as well as the especially-hard-to-kill aspect of him. The volume of sound that he makes is also the loudest, because unlike the Taiko units, he is based off a Drum Set consisted of several drum parts instead of one single taiko. When UFA has decided to reproduce him, they have also inherited this aspect of the unit. Dorabotto, after it is built up, weighs 10 times as much as a normal Taiko unit, even though he's only four times the height of the taikos, and just a giant taller than Baton.

Noizu (Barrier)

Similar to all other Dokon Dan members, Dorabotto has the ability to create some sort of a sound barrier from the noise he creates. However, since he is essentially the loudest member of the entire team, his barrier is also the strongest due to the sheer amount of noise that he can create to blast apart and neutralize the kinetic wave from attacks. Dorabotto Armor

The armor of Dorabotto uses a different material than other robots of the Dokon dan. Dorabotto uses a lighter armor that has a similar durability as that of the normal units produced by the UFA. This allows the unit to reduce a similar amount o damage with half the weight at double the cost. Instead of just leaving the armor as that, the researcher of UFA have, instead, gone further with their reinforcement of the unit. They fuse 4 layers of this more-durable armor together, making the armor even harder to break through. Needless to say, this is partly done just to match the image of Dorabotto's original design from the game.

Noizu Spiked Armor

The armor of Dorabotto is further enhanced to always emit kinetic wave neutralizer, in order to reduce incoming damage from attacks. In addition, since these kinetic wave neutralizers are in itself materialized kinetic waves, his armor is also capable of bringing damage to those units that connects any of their surfaces onto the armor.

Raidoshinbaru

The two Ride Cymbals-shaped disks on the shoulders of Dorabotto can be detached at any time for both offensive and defensive purpose. Although the edge of these disks are very light and sharp, the disks are almost as sturdy as the rest of the robot's body, because of the need for these two parts to be durable for performance. It is also designed to be heavy in order to execute a lot of forces onto its opponent when the disks are thrown. Also, since there is a total of two disks, the amount of times that Dorabotto can use them to defend is also much higher than normal mechanical units that normally tries to defend with a shield.

Waru Konjou!

Normally, there really isn't "willpower" involved with the evil people from an arsenal. However, it seems that because the Dorabotto seem to have lost so much against the taiko units by not being able to hit them himself, he has built up a much stronger will to stay up and impossibility-to-kill as a compensation. The UFA have also taken this will power, and develop a much stronger structure on the mecha by coating each of the parts with yet another layer of material, to make them harder to be damaged, so to speak. Whether this effort is going to pay off, nobody knows. But hey, at least they tried.

Ike~ Warudan!

Dorabotto can bring out mechas from himself. And when I say he can bring out mechas, I mean he can bring out AS MUCH OF THESE MECHAS AS HE WANTS. Why? Well, see, the stomach of the mecha himself IS the manufacturing factory of the Warudon and Warukatsu themselves. Well, when you translate it to reality, of course it's not going to be possible. What happens, however, is that the Dorabotto can reassemble the smaller grunt mechas from within his belly constantly, making it possible for him to send out a lot of them at once, and never run out of them as long as there is enough parts put into his belly to begin with. Summon a whole lot of warudon and warukatsu

Repair

Dorabotto, which brings the tool to create the Warudon and Warukatsu within him, of course has the ability to repair those warudon and warukatsu that are half damaged. As a back up, he also always bring spare parts of units in his belly, making it possible for him to repair parts when needed. This ability, after a while, even extend to any and all units that UFA ever controls, ranging from Dokon Dan units to Satellite bases. Let's just, again, don't ask.

Active

Thunder Drumsticks

The specially made drumsticks are one if the reasons why the noises that Dorabotto makes is much louder than anyone else on the field: even these drumsticks make noises when they hit a surface. Instead of only having one source of sound, Dorabotto has two. As a result, songs performed by Dorabotto often makes people go so deaf even after the song, that they won't be able to listen to other songs for a while. It seems that Dorabotto also use these drumsticks for close range melee use, though it is not sure whether he would ever need it or not. Gives songs played by Dorabotto the ability to negate other songs on the field.

Kin no Tamago

It really isn't a golden egg. It is just an attack that Dorabotto unleash by throwing his giant as hell Raidoshinbaru disk in such a way that the opponent thinks that the incoming thing is actually in the shape of a ball. Since the disk are heavy and the edge are sharp, it can be very painful when it is hit. It is rumored that if a Taiko unit is hit by this throwing disk, it is possible for the taiko to split into two. Well, if even taikos can be slit into two with this blade, missiles and torpedos can probably perish at the encounter of them.

Kin no Tamago x 2

Just the exact way that the attack is named, Dorabotto are throwing the disks out in the same exact way that it would do usually, only that now it throws two of them at the same time, one from upper hand and one from lower hand. Dorabotto also adjusts the way that he throws it, so that he can manipulate one of them if not both to function like a boomerang to hit his target from two different directions.

The song that sings for the almightiness of the Dokon Dan. This song utilizes its... cuteness (?) and encourages those Dokon Dan pilots who listen to it, and even allow them to fight fuller to their content by letting them know that they are present and powerful everywhere. The song also annoys terrorize all of those who are facing off the dreadful team of Dokon Dan, and make them cringe at the idea of trying to fight such a massively composed of grunts strong team, or even tire them out just by making them think about the massive amount of grunts that they have to deal with consequence of fighting against such a strong opponent.. Since the song is meant to play through the entire field so that EVERYONE can hear it, Doraobotto spreads its sound amplifier around the battlefield before he plays, so that EVERYONE can listen to it.

Broadcast

Dorabotto has sound amplifier that he can spread throughout the entire field. By spreading these amplifiers around the field, he can, by collecting the sound wave information from himself and his fellow music-using teammates, broadcast their music to an even greater audience, eventually changing the entire battlefield into their playground. However, it could take quite a while for him to get set up.

The only problem I have is Dorabotto and Nyanki are named each other instead of according to their respective stat block. What's currently Dorabotto is actually Nyanki, and what's now Nyanki is actually Dorabotto. Other than that, things all looks fine.

Project T.A.I.K.O. - Donranjarobo

The UFA came up with their countermeasure to the Taiko units. In fact, their countermeasure was so brilliant, that the Japanese Government to start to lose again. At this rate, they may revert back to where they were originally. To make it more pressuring, the Japanese Government will not be able to stand firm and trusted, if the taikos that their citizens love so much are failing them.

The Japanese Government, of course, do not wish for their taikos to fail. They ordered the re-entrance of the scientist, gave him more money and help, and ordered him to find a countermeasure to this countermeasure.

As a result, the project of making the taikos popular and household-friendly on halt, and the project of making Taiko combat-oriented continues.

After researching and analyzing more battle experiences of all the taiko units that has ever been used in the battlefield, the scientist has discovered something extremely significant to the taikos, and created a new series of data and frames for the taiko units. During his research, the scientist discovers the correlation between the effect of the songs played by the taikos and the taikos themselve. Apparently, the ability of the taiko's soul to motivate people in different ways stem from the songs that it's playing. As researches continues, it is discovered that it is possible for the taikos to play songs that are not originally recorded in the arcade, as the taiko souls are able to dissect and analyze the music score just like how it does to the songs that has been originally recorded in the arcade. Additionally, it is discovered that depending on what kind of songs are inputted into the system of the taiko units, it is also possible for the unit to adapt to the song. For example, when 'Kurofune Raikou' was played by Wada Don during battle, Wada Don himself changed costume into a pirate captain. The effect of these song abilities are minimal, but it is a very significant discovery nonetheless.

The scientist then has a thought, and experiments with putting specific songs into the system of each of the taiko units in an attempt to reach a certain result. For example, he lets T04 - 009 - Type E "Donko" play Mahou wo Kakete, a song from the game Idolm@ster. Somehow, not sure how, the efficiency of Donko in soothing the hearts of the pilots and providing supports such as repair and resupply increases significantly, as if she really became a mahou shoujo style unit that can perform miracles. It is unknown whether that correlation has anything to do with where the song is from or the lyrics, but the result is apparent.

With that experiment result in mind, the scientist made a second attempt. This time, he put Journey through the Decade, a song from Kamen Rider Decade, into Wada Don.

A miraculous thing happened.

When the song is played by Wada Don, the scientist has noticed that a dimensional warp has been developed almost immediately right next to the taiko unit who was playing the song.

The scientist did a third experiment.

He put a series of anime songs into Mecha Don, and have the unit play it, while Wada Don plays Journey through the Decade, and observes the result of it. He almost had an heart attack when he saw what happened afterwards.

Apparently, when Mecha Don played the songs, things begins to be pulled out from the warp that Wada Don has began to create. These things range from legendary weapons, heroes, and even robots. Yes, even robots. The weirder thing is, the summon only happens when the songs played are songs from anime, and only the protagonists are being summoned. Things just cannot get sillier than it already is, to the eyes of the scientist.

Due to the amount of energy that it takes for Wada Don to consistently support the playing of the song, it seems quite impossible for the unit to "summon" all of these things from. Also, it seem that the accuracy that Wada Don plays his song affects the effectiveness of his summoning, as well as the amount of things that he can summon. The accuracy of unit who is playing the song that summons seem to matter as well, as Mecha don has been the only unit that has the capability to summon any units at all.

As a result, the scientist decides to configure the taiko units into a team, and makes sure that they can actually work off each others' strength.

However, this is still not enough. The amount of energy that the summoning consumes is so enormous, that none of the taiko can be stand-alone unit and fight as a singular unit against the Dokan Dan. This is when the scientist decides to take an idea off the old-times anime: he configures a frame for each of the taiko unit, and creates data that enables them to combine into one single, stand-alone unit.

Noticing that there really is no guidance-type unit in the taiko team, and that the units are independent of each other, the scientist also created a new taiko unit to become the leading and ability supporting unit of the team. This unit is also used as the key parts to the combine of all the different taiko units into one single unit.

This new unit is known as Master Bachio, the very teacher and supporter of Wada Don and Wada Katsu in the original arcade. And the unit that it manages to create after combining all the taikos together?

Character Units

Master Bachio

Master Bachio is a taiko-no-tamashii that embodies two bodies at the same time. Although the personality of the two bodies are different, they have a collective will and intention. Due to their love for their students and their will to guide the people around them, they usually support others with all that these friends of theirs will ever need, such as the will or the energy to carry on. They are also very smart and peaceful personalities, that they tries to avoid conflict at all cost. Due to their vast knowledge, careful and charismatic personality, as well as the people's great respect for them, they usually play the role of the group leader when among the taiko spirits. Like any other taiko-no-tamashii, they can also take control of their vessels when needed. In fact, if it is a new pilot that is trying to learn the control basis of the taiko series, Master Bachio often takes control of the unit for them at the beginning to teach them what they need to know about them taikos like the good teacher that they are.

T05 - 004 - Type U "Master Bachio"

This mecha is based upon the character design of Master Bachio from the street arcade "Taiko no Tatsujin". Given the initial personality and purpose of Master Bachio, this mecha is designed to provide data support to its allies. Its attacks and internal feature emphasizes on increasing unit's overall performance. It is equipped with equipments that provide radar, sound boost, and sensory support for in-battle units. As a trainer-type unit, Master Bachio is also designed to be an air-craft type unit, unlike the rest of the taiko units. Due to the ability of Master Bachio being contained in two individuals bodies with a singular will, their ability to provide in-field battle research on the opponent and in-combat data support are much greater than normal commander/trainer type air crafts. The area that they can cover with their data transmission is far greater than any of the other Japanese aircraft of its age as well.

Essential Knowledge/Equipment - General

Mechanism - Materialize Sound Wave Technologoy

- While the music do have its effect on allies when allies listen to the drumming of the taiko mecha, there is more added to the system of the mechas produced under Project T.A.I.K.O. At this point in time, human has the ability to materialized sound waves by calculating the frequency and amplitude of a certain sound emitted by an object and displaying the frequency and amplitude in a form of matter powered by electrical energy. Therefore, while it is obvious that music played by the Taiko Mechas has an ability to affect people emotionally, it also has the ability to exert physical damage through the materialization of the sound waves themselves.

"Burning Tamashi"!!

- Is there any teacher that does not know of the tricks that his student can play!? NO WAY! Especially when this thing called music is all about the hearts! You have to always be passionate about your music to play good music!! Now com'on! You can definitely do better than this, right!? (Composer system. Since Mister Bushio is always hot-blooded, this probably will be active at deploy. Due to Mister Bushio's unit design and its personality, this hot-bloodness of his also affects people that is around him.)

- Hm? Why a taiko-no-tamashi you asked? Dummy! Of course there is a need for a spirit for the taikos! How else would inanimate objects like taiko play so awesomely and splendidly if there is not a single soul in the taiko itself?!?!

- Taiko Spirit is neutral beings that does not have a bias on their wills. Depending on what they possess, they will develop different personality and behave differently. HOWEVER!! Don't think you can take advantage of such innocent, genuine soul! They all have a pure heart to play sincere, morale boosting music for their friends! .... Okay, not all do, but most do!! You get the general picture, right? (Please see character description to assign suitable seishin/skill)

Essential Knowledge/Equipment - Specific

Fu-un! Disciple of Taiko Master!

Now that the elder students of Master Bachio is doing so well themselves, and that Master Bachio has been teaching independent students for a while now, Master Bachio seemed to have decided that he should cultivate a new student that can spread his teaching to the greater mass. However, being excellent at what he does is not what makes him the best teacher. To be a great teacher, he must, even more so than mastering what he does, know the way to lead and teach. Therefore, in the control program of Master Bachio, a strong network of data collection bank is built between all the units with different Taiko no Tamashii. The data bank contains all data that has ever been inputted into the Taiko units, including battles that each of these units have gone through, or battle data that have been artificially inserted into the Taiko units themselves. The control system interprets data from current and previous battle, compute possible factors that generates advantages, and display them to the eyes of the pilots who have the quality of being a strategist and a commander, so to provide them with the greatest aid that they can use in a team battle. These information collected can range anything from enemy weakness, current location, and even previous attack patterns, thus allowing better damage efficiency, target locking, as well as mobility of each of the units that is within the area range that can receive data given out from Master Bachio.

Shishi! Guidance to Taiko Spirits!

Being a great teacher usually means being a great guide and leader on the field. Master Bachio, of course, has all of these qualities. With the qualities in mind, the scientist designed the aircraft design, hoping that the aircraft will be able to give the most guidance to its students and allies. By allocating almost 30% of the functionality of the control system of the aircraft to an extremely broad and advanced radar system, the aircraft is able to locate and track each and every single object on a wide battlefield, down to even a small missile. The radar even have the ability to sense extra information such as heat, sound wave vibration and kinetic wave dispersion on a battlefield, making it impossible for any opponent unit to hide from the sight of Master Bachio. The information from the radar system is then transferred to each of the nearby units, enabling them to track down enemy units easier, as well as dealing with incoming attacks more efficiently.

Kokoro wa Hitotsu!

As said before, Master Bachio is actually formed by one collective soul in two bodies. Of course, when the battleship is designed, the scientist keeps this aspect alive, composing the air craft with two cylinder shaped parts that mainly acts as wings and thrusters, and then a center capsule-like aircraft that functions as cockpit, and uses extremely strong electromagnetic force to connect the three parts together. Therefore, it is possible for Master Bachio, the aircraft, to separate into three different parts to dodge attacks, then recombine together again to function as a single unit.

Master Bachio's Ways

Vulcans

Unfortunately, Master Bachio's hands are non-existent, whether it was when they were characters or when they were aircrafts. Alternatively, the scientist has installed a minimal amount of way for the poor lil' aircraft to protect itself, and for whoever that needed leadership training to have SOME way to fight back. As a result of this defensive concern, The scientist has installed a standard vulcan function into the center part of the aircraft, right below where the cockpit is supposed to be located, so that when opponent comes close range, there is still a possible way to fend them off.

Master Beam

With a similar intention as above, the scientist has also installed two mouth of fire onto each of the cylinder-shaped parts of Master Bachio. Using the same exact principal design of T03 - 002 - Type U "Mecha Don"'s Mecha Laser, the scientist have installed two laser mouth onto the aircraft, allowing Master Bachio to fire laser in the same way that Mecha Don does.

Master Laser Cannons

As there are two mouths to the lasers on Master Bachio, it is also possible for Master Bachio to fire consecutive concentrated laser cannon bullets at its opponent. Since the aiming is locked onto one single target, and that if the first attack hits the rest of the attacks will also automatically aim at the location where the opponent unit is blasted, this can quickly become powerful against people who are not carefully piloting their unit. However, since Master Bachio's main job on battlefield is not to attack, the cool-down system doesn't allow Master Bachio to recklessly attack several times before the system goes overheat. Therefore, the amount of time that the laser cannons can fire consecutively is rather restricted.

Fuu-un! Bachio Sensei!!

Even though Master Bachio has taught so many Taikos how to play songs to their full content, he only kept one song among all the songs he knows to himself - Fuu-un! Bachio Sensei!! This is actually a song that was rumored to be written by Wada Don and Wada Katsu to show their gratitudes to their dear Sensei, who taught them the meaning of life. Therefore, it is a song that greatly motivates others, especially the Taiko no Tamashii that listens to the song. The song announces to the taikos the entrance of their great teacher, thus boosting the morale of all the taikos immediately. After playing the music to the point where Master Bachio executes the most impossible-to-accomplish combo parts with his drumming, it further increases the confidence of all the taiko units and any of the allies that Master Bachio is with, simply because they know that Master Bachio, the legendary Master is on the field fighting alongside with them. As a result, their overall performance in all aspect, no matter whether it's their ability to defend, dodge, aim, or their ability to attack to their full content, will all increase significantly. This song, however, has the exact opposite effect to the people who are facing off against Master Bachio, simply because Master Bachio is so recognized among people, that his name is enough to terrorize his opponents to want to simply quit the battlefield as soon as possible, and eventually these thoughts from the opponents becomes the main reason why they will not be able to perform half as well in everything they do as they normally do.
